This large, beautiful holiday home, which is nestled in a large flower, fruit and vegetable garden near (approx. 800m) from the beach in Klützer Winkel, will offer you and your family an unforgettable holiday and relaxation experience.
The house has a beautiful kitchen, dining and living room with fireplace, 3 terraces with 3 patio doors, on the ground floor there is a hall, guest toilet, 1 bedroom with bathroom, and a utility room. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A total of 2 showers and 2 bathtubs and 4 toilets.
In the garden, which is 3 hectares in size, there are other houses from which you will not be disturbed. There are 3 ponds, 2 greenhouses and 2 vegetable beds from which you can harvest for consumption during the holiday. Lots of fruit trees and flower beds.
There is also a small pool that is heated in the season. (Supplement)
Next to it is a grill house with a fireplace for grilling and heated seats. Firewood is included in the price.

Schöne Tage in einem schönen Haus und Garten

Das "Weisse Haus" ist großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet und wird von einem harmonisch und liebevoll angelegten Garten umgeben. Gerne haben wir den kleinen Pool und die Grillgelegenheit genutzt. Der Empfang war freundlich-höflich; allerdings wirkte die das Objekt betreuende Dame angestrengt und man hatte den Eindruck, dass sie die Einweisung in das Objekt möglichst rasch hinter sich bringen wollte. Die Sauberkeit im Haus (und in der Grillhütte) konnte mit dem Niveau des Anwesens leider nicht ganz Schritt halten. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt nichtsdestotrotz sehr genossen (bester Strand: Barendorf, bestes Ausflugsziel: Schwerin). Dank und herzliche Grüße an den freundlichen Vermieter, Herrn Maximilian von Meden.

An immaculate house

A fantastic place for a family holiday. An immaculate house with everything being of the highest standard. We enjoyed our 11 days there and recommend this to anyone looking for a place to chill away from the madding crowds. The kids enjoyed the pool and the space and harvesting fruit from the many trees full of fruit.

Traumhaftes Haus, guter Service, toll für die große Familie

Wir haben ein schönes verlängertes Wochenende in diesem Haus verbracht. Durch die 3 Bäder und die zusätzliche Toilette im EG gab es genug Platz für alle Familienmitglieder. Es gibt ein Doppelzimmer unten, zwei Doppelzimmer oben, ein Familienzimmer mit Doppelbett, Kinderbett und Babybett oben und ein Zimmer mit Doppelstockbett oben. Der Garten ist sehr gut gepflegt und bietet genug Platz draußen zu sitzen. Der Service ist umsichtig. Im Haus ist alles, was man brauchen könnte zum Kochen, auch für mehr als 10 Leute. Der Handyempfang ist sehr schlecht bis nicht vorhanden vor Ort. Mobiles Internet ähnlich. W-Lan im Haus ist verfügbar. Das Navigationssystem leitet ggf. falsch. Am besten vorher einmal genau schauen: Kalkhorst Warnkenhagen. Aus Kalkhorst noch wieder rausfahren ca. 2km und dann auf der linken Seite.

ein Traumhaus in schöner Lage

Noch nie haben wir uns in einem Ferienhaus von Anfang an so wohl gefühlt: Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus strahlt Gastfreundschaft,Wärme und "Willkommen- Sein" aus. Es ist topp gepflegt und sehr sauber. Es ist wunderschön und sehr wertig eingerichtet. Es mangelt an Nichts. Auch Kleinigkeiten wie Spülmittel, ein paar Gewürze oder Kerzen gab es vor Ort. Aufgrund der vielen Bäder ist es auch für mehrere Personen optimal: Jeder hat seine Privatsphäre und genügend Raum. Es ist sehr ruhig und fußläufig (ein kleiner Spaziergang) zur Ostsee bzw. zum Strand gelegen. Das großzügige Gelände rundherum rundet die Unterkunft ab. Unserer Meinung nach eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!!

Wunderschönes Anwesen, stilvolle Einrichtung, idyllischer Garten

Alles perfekt. Traumhafter und weitläufiger Garten mit kleinem beheizbaren Pool, stilvoll eingerichtetes, lichtdurchflutetes Haus mit einem fantastischen Blick in die Natur. Ankommen, wohlfühlen, erholen. Es fehlt an nichts.
