Ideally located between the heart of Port Grimaud I and the beach, this beautiful fisherman’s house has recently benefited from a renovation of the ground floor.
On the street side, the entrance opens onto a pleasant, well-kept enclosed front garden.
The house is laid out as follows:
Ground floor: a bright, air-conditioned living room opening onto the south-facing terrace with canal view, as well as a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
First floor: two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds (140 cm) and a renovated shower room with toilet.
Second floor: two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds (140 + 160 cm) and a bathroom with toilet.
On the canal side, the south-facing terrace is secured with a barrier and is perfect for enjoying sunny days in total tranquillity while admiring the beautiful view over the canals.
Note: Air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms WIFI included One parking space available on the residents’ parking 14 m x 4.20 m mooring in front of the house
NEW: Bed linen and towels are included in all our rentals, provided the booking is finalized and paid in full at least 7 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 7 days before arrival, bed linen and towels will not be provided.
