Updated 1 bedroom condo in the heart of Ocean City, NJ. 5 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. Air conditioning in living room and bedroom. TV in living room and bedroom with CD player attached. Wi-Fi. Washer and dryer in bedroom. Hardwood floors in the living room. Queen size bed in the bedroom, oversized chair in bedroom pulls out to twin size bed. Queen size sofa bed in the living room. Deck with ocean view. 1 assigned covered parking spot.
Due to COVID-19 we are no longer providing blankets. All tenants will be required to bring sheets, blankets, towels and toiletries.
We ask that cleaning be done at the end of rental period.

Great small family stay

This property was perfect for my small family of 3. We loved the location - the proximity to the boards, beach, and all sorts of restaurants was ideal. The building was VERY quiet, which was nice for our toddler at night. Sometimes you can hear rowdy people on the street, but that comes with staying nearby the boardwalk. The property owners were great and timely wity communications. We definitely want to stay here again.

The place was exactly as described. It was a very nice space for the three of us. Short walking distance to beach and boardwalk and to the shops in town.

Great location -close to beach and shopping

This trip ended up just me alone, visiting a friend who lives in OC.. was the perfect size, with everything I needed (after reading instructions so I knew what was included and what I would have to bring). I felt very safe at all times, even at night when returning back. I didn’t see many other folks, but those I did see were super friendly! The elevator (and especially the luggage carts) were really helpful to lug my stuff in and out.! Loved having a dedicated, covered parking spot too. This location was perfect—walking distance to the boardwalk, beach, and shopping on Asbury! A+

Great location with everything you need

Property really was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. All of the amenities are there for you. I was pleasantly surprised to have beach tags provided for me.
