Terrible experience overall. The property was invested with rats. The heaters didn't work (with 40-degree temps outside). The hot tub didn't work. The walls were peeling. The only trashcan for the property was in the middle of the yard and full of trash. The host was responsive but ultimately unable to deal with any issues. We left after only a single night of our 3 night stay. Our vacation was ruined because of this place. Do not stay here.

Spring Break

Great location but listing didn’t match reality. 2/4 dinning chairs broken. Couch w/stains, pet hair and dirt/sand Blanket on couch had stains Needs furniture update Hot tub filled with dirt/sand No trash bags provided or detergent even though a requirement to wash towels before leaving. Common areas need a deep clean. All to say we left 1 night early and dealt with hotel expense.

Desert explorer

We loved the location, we appreciated the potential of this property, we enjoyed the experiences we got in this area. Unfortunately, the property doesn’t match the pictures anymore- everything seems a bit run down or neglected. The host was very willing to help us when we contacted them. I hate to say anything bad but we were disappointed in what was there versus what we thought was there. If repairs and deep cleaning done- I would say it would be excellent and a great place to explore and come back to, without the above mentioned- I would not recommend.
