"BELLA VISTA" - a Spectacular Oceanfront home in Marathon, Fla. with an Invisible-edge heated salt water pool that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Open Water Unobstructed VIEWS. Newly renovated! This 4 bedroom/3.5 bath home can comfortably sleep 8 people. Three bedrooms have King sized beds and one bedroom has two queen beds. Two of the king bedrooms are ensuite.
Enjoy gorgeous views from every room. We are one block walk to Sombrero beach.
Very large travertine patio surrounds the heated pool for you to relax and enjoy the sun, sea and family! Fish right from the patio or take a swim in the Ocean (steps lead right to water where you can swim - it's about 3-4 ft deep at the bottom of the steps depending on the tides).

The space is decorated in a beachy Coastal Living decor. Cool tones mixed with pops of fun bright colors! Comfortable couch in the living room, large 65" Roku Enabled flat screen tv, soft luxurious bedding and mattresses and a gourmet stocked kitchen. (Each bedroom also has a Roku enable tv) Outside stairs are only connection between the 1st and 2nd floors. Upstairs is living room, kitchen, 2.5 baths and two bedrooms. Downstairs is Laundry /mud room which includes a full fridge/freezer and utility sink , 2 bedrooms and full bathroom. One of the downstairs bedrooms has a sitting area with a large flat screen tv. The Master Bedroom and the two downstairs bedrooms have direct Ocean Views, the second King bedroom upstairs has a side view of the water from the sliders next to the bed.
All bed linens and bath and pool towels are included in the rental.
All foil, saran wrap, ziplock bags are included
All paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, misc spices and condiments are included.
Each full bathroom will be supplied with a couple of travel size shampoos, conditioners and soap.

Perfect for two generation family of 8 or 2-3 couples. Children under 10 are not advised but please inquire. Max guests allowed is 8 for this rental.

You will have access to the entire home. Yard is very private.

We also include two single kayaks and two beach cruiser bicycles with your rental at no extra charge. (A cost savings of over $ 500 for the week) And we include 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your use.

Pool is heated to 84 at no extra charge. If you want the pool heated to a higher temp. there will be a charge. Sorry NO PETS allowed

Perfect water front house with everything we could ask for!It was so nice to rent a vacation home and not having to worry about picking up every single little additional need, like toilet paper and trash bags.Having so many things included in this listing was a major perk! The heated pool, kayaks and bikes were perfect additions and well used! As well as the many other amenities in the shed, such as fishing poles, pool floats, beach chairs and snorkeling gear.

My family and I enjoyed staying here. The location is perfect. The home and surrounding area is an oasis. The views are beautiful with the pool overlooking the ocean. A perfect place to disconnect and relax. We spent our days outback in the pool , having cookouts and fishing. Looking forward to returning very soon.

I hesitate to leave so high a review as I want it to be available for us next year! Outstanding views of the Atlantic and it has everything. We saw all types of fish, a turtle, dolphins, and a manatee. Highly recommend! Infinity pool is great. Resort like amenities!

Amazing home! From the Location to all the Amenities and added touches for a comfortable stay. We come to the keys yearly.This will be our return home. Extremely well maintained and new! We did not lack in activities from access to beach, both snorkeling and use of kayak’s right off the back then coming in for a wonderful refreshing dip in the infinity pool with vast open views. Grilling the fish caught off the back and just overall views and comfort. You cant go wrong. My only fear is not having an open week to come back to. Thanks for an Amazing stay!

Wonderful Experience

Beautiful house with stunning sunset views. We loved everything about the house and location. Very comfortable, well equipped kitchen and very nicely decorated. Took bike rides every day and had fun fishing right off the bulkhead. It’s a very easy walk to Sombrero Beach. Pam was an attentive and gracious host. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Superb Marathon Home

This was our sixth vacation rental home in the keys. It is hands down our favorite one yet. The house was immaculate! It had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Perfectly appointed kitchen, bikes, kayaks, even umbrellas for the pool loungers. The location and the view were perfect. Architecture was masterful mix of state-of-the-art/modern with cute/cozy details. Awesome communication with our gracious host Pam, the owner. We will be back soon!

BEST waterfront property in Marathon, FL!

You cannot beat this location. Close to all activities, outdoor pool space is perfect, almost a panoramic view without seeing other homes staring right at the Atlantic ocean with steps down to shallow water at low tide.The inside is impeccable and the Host is super responsive. We had the best time with no issues, we relaxed and enjoyed the middle and south Keys and the place to do it is at this home. We found all the dishes and cooking items needed for our meals, had no issues with internet or the property. High quality grill onsite. Best for 4 adult couples or a family with older teens. Located in a very safe, private and quiet neighborhood and street. Highly recommended, just don't take all the bookings and leave me unable to rent again!

Marathon Trip

Absolutely amazing property. We felt like we were on our own island. Very private. Pictures really don’t do the actual house and property justice. Everything was better than we anticipated. The house has pretty much everything you need. Kitchen is well appointed. Kayaks, pool floats, extra tank of propane, etc. The house is also centrally located in the Keys making a day trip to Key West, Key Largo and Islamorada very doable. In short, we would highly recommend this house and would love to stay here again.

My husband and I started coming to Marathon in 2011 and fell in love with the area! We owned and managed a vacation property at a different location for 8 years (vrbo 847647) * See my reviews on that property* We sold that property and bought and completely gutted and renovated this beautiful home. With our growing family, we were ready for a bigger home.
We love to come down to the KEYS with our three young adult sons (21,23, and 26) to fish, relax and reconnect as a family. It is a true paradise!

Why they chose this property

The views are so beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. You can get lost just looking at the water, watching dolphins play, manatees swim by, or just relaxing in the pool. If you can manage to leave the tranquility of this home, take a walk to the beach or a bike ride in the neighborhood. There are nice wide sidewalks to ride your bike. Star gazing at night is another favorite activity.
You will love this peaceful oasis!
