Villa Manatee was completed in June 2017 in a quiet and exclusive residential area as a five-star property. The unique south-west location with gulf access is only a few minutes' drive from countless restaurants for every taste, shopping centers and entertainment in every form.
The spacious dream house is consistently equipped with high-quality furniture and high-end electronics. Everything you need is there. A highlight is the outdoor area with the southwest-facing pool and spa which is heated with propane gas and takes just a few minutes to get it the spa up to 104F.
In a few minutes you can reach Cape Harbor, our marina, where you can end the evening with musical entertainment. Cape Coral & Fort Myers are a golfer's paradise, with over 125 golf courses within a 25 miles radius. Nearby are the beautiful beaches of Fort Myers Beach as well as the famous islands of Sanibel and Captiva.

Amazing house with amazing host

Our stay at the villa was perfect from start to finish. The house is so well equipped with everything you could need. The layout of the house is prefects with different bedroom quarters each having their own bathrooms. The kitchen and great room are huge and open fully to an incredible pool on the canal. Waldemar was an incredible host who met us on our arrival and was available for anything we needed. The process was smooth from beginning to end. Our entire family loved our stay. 10 out of 10!

Stay at Villa Manatee

Villa Manatee is a beautiful property. We have rented properties via VRBO over the years in various places and by far the Villa Manatee has been the nicest most well stocked and set up property we’ve ever stayed at. Waldemar was great checking us into the property explaining how everything worked and what amenities were available. There was nothing we could’ve asked for or lacked during our trip. I would definitely recommend this property.

Pictures don't even do it justice. Everything that you would need on vacation in this house. It's clean and organized. Property manager was very helpful and timely in returning communication. Beautiful setting with West facing views for beautiful sunsets. Will stay here again for sure!

great place for families

My family and I rented this house for a week. it was great it literally has everything you could possibly need. We ended up going to the beach several times because he had everything available you would possibly need with kids to go out there and spend a beautiful day. The only complaint I had was I did see a few bugs in the kitchen throughout the week but that can be easily resolved. He also has a pool fence which was AMAZING I traveled with my 2 small twins and I never worried about any accidents around the pool while we played out on the patio. It was safe and very cozy. I would stay here again for sure.

Our experience

The house is immaculately clean , fully equipped with all the necessary supplies needed for a perfect vacation, everything is there , no need to pack anything. The check in process, not so good , normally you don’t have to wait for anyone to open the door for you and the same goes for the check out process. I guess it’s a good method for the property manager to show around the house and explain how everything works , but I think it’s totally unnecessary . In overall it’s a very nice house and sooooo clean , that’s what we all loved about it . Maybe we will book again next year 😉😎

Best Vacation Home and Service

Property Manager: Waldemar exceeded all expectations. He is very friendly. He met us at our arrival, explained everything and answered all questions. Waldemar is quick to respond to calls, text and email. We will contact him for future vacations. The Neighborhood: Upscale; charming; friendly neighbors made us feel right at home. The Home: Very clean; modern and like new; everything is high quality and tastefully decorated; it is well maintained and well stocked inside and out. To keep the initial rental price low, renters pay for gas and electric consumed. If renters are frugal, this can be an inexpensive vacation. Heating the pool full time can be expensive. The Dock and Canal: An electric boat lift is included. When the water is warm and the tide is in, fishing in the canal is fantastic. During February, I caught eleven different fish species. I used frozen shrimp on a free line (no weight) to minimize catching catfish.

Great host and property

We enjoyed our stay here. The property is spacious and clean! We have stayed in Cape Coral three times, but this one was truly the best! Waldemar made sure everything was perfect and kept in touch with us in case we needed anything. If we decide to go to Cape Coral, we are definitely staying here!!

Checking in was amazing! I was a bit hesitant at first, but he was amazing!!! The house is located close to several beaches. The house is beautiful. No need to pack towels because everything is provided for you. Our family had a wonderful time!!!

Wonderful!

We had the best time staying here. It's so clean and absolutely everything is well maintained. Waldemar was so kind and he even went out of his way to help our friends jump their car when the battery died. Such a great experience and we loved all of it!

Best accommodations!

Beautiful home. This house was one of the most accommodating homes we've stayed in. They had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Down to complementary toiletries if you forgot something. We rented a boat and made a couple of day trips to Sanibel and Captiva Islands. We would definitely be back! Thank you Waldemar for a wonderful stay!

Best host and best property ever!!

Waldemar is the best host we’ve ever had! He met us at the property for check in and check out, explained how to work everything, and was very responsive to any questions or requests we had. His jovial personality makes you feel like family. The property is very well appointed - again probably the best we’ve ever experienced. Waldemar thought of everything you might need while you’re on vacation there, including equipment for outings to the beach and for fishing. All the furnishings and household items are high end. We stayed there with 7 adults, 3 generations, and all were comfortable. We highly recommend this place.

The home was immaculate and well stocked with everything you can think of . The owner is very nice, but be aware, he will be there to check you in and walks the house before you leave. ****There is also a separate charge for electric and propane consumption that is paid at the end of your stay. Figure an additional $100-150/week. I stayed two weeks and it was $225

First time staying on the West coast

We planned a last minute trip to Florida, as we visit often having family there, but we had never stayed on the West coast. We set up to stay on the East coast then travel over to the West coast. We had great communication with Waldemar as we planned our check in. He walked us through everything when we arrived. The house was everything and more. The house was fully stocked with anything you could need including items(coolers, totes, toys) needed for beach trips. We brought our boat with us for bow fishing in the area. We were able to put the boat in, not far, at a very nice marina that had several great restaurants as well. We were able to dock the boat behind the house with no issues. We set up a check out/walk through time with Waldemar, he was very accommodating to the time we needed to head out to start our trip back to Virginia. The house accommodated all 6 of us, plus our 7 month old puppy perfectly. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again when returning to the area.

Fabulous 13 days in paradise!

The villa was truly that -a Villa ! The property itself is gorgeous and meticulously maintained! The inside match the outside in decor, attention to detail right down to pool and beach toys at your disposal! All linens and beach towels, fully equipped kitchen with abundance of glassware ! The decor is very neutral but elegant ! The place was spotless! Two master suites leading to pool! And two other well appointed bedroom-with shared bathroom! It was easy to move around with 5 adults and twin -13 year old boys! Just absolutely stunning sun sets! We ate most of our outside ! Will book this property again !

Very clean

Amazing Cape Coral House

This house will not disappoint, Waldemar is an awesome host! We really appreciated that he takes the time to walk through the house and show you how everything works. The house comes with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The pool and spa are awesome. Great location there are many stores, places to eat and beaches close by. Awesome Spring Break!

Our stay was beyond our expectations. This home was equipped with everything we needed - from plenty of beach supplies, to pool toys, to kitchen tools, we were able to just enjoy our spring break. The pool was incredible, the beds cozy, and the gathering spots inside and outside were perfect for all of our meals or playing games. The location is great - close to many spots by car or by boat (we highly recommend renting the boat through Waldemar and this property!) and great for quick runs to the grocery store. Working with Waldemar was a pleasure as well. I'd highly recommend this property!

Excellent Property

The entire process was excellent, from booking, check in & check out everything was very good. The home was very clean & stocked with all our needs. Grocery store & many fantastic restaurants were close by. The pool & patio area was well maintained & very clean. We are looking forward to coming back. Waldemar was fantastic!

House was great -- newer home, plenty of space, overall comfortable, set-up well for longer-stay living, etc. Pool and back patio particularly a fantastic set-up. View of the canal better than in the pictures (can see out to an opening on the water). Extremely clean and organized. Fully stocked kitchen, grill very nice, outdoor table could fit 10. Waldemar very responsive. Depending on where you're coming from might feel like there's not a ton around you, but short drives to restaurants, grocery stores, golf, small beach, etc. Overall perfect for a quiet, relaxing break in the Florida weather.

Cape Coral vacation

This is an Excellent house to stay at! The pool and hot tub was very nice and a big hit for everybody! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and nice for entertaining. The neighborhood is very quiet and good for bike riding. Everything was as advertised and we would definitely stay here again!
