You will stay in a villa of 120m2 in a quiet area "Le domaine du cordonnier", made up of independent villas in the village of Bouillargues.
This large village on the outskirts of Nîmes offers many local shops: bakery, butcher, greengrocer. But also a small weekly market, a petrol station....

In order to offer you cool summer afternoons, the accommodation is equipped with reversible air conditioning in the main room on the ground floor, in the master bedroom and on the landing of the 2nd floor.

This beautiful house on 2 levels consists on the ground floor of an entrance hall open to living and dining room, fitted kitchen with central island. A corridor leads to the parental area with bedroom opening onto the garden, shower room and separate WC.
On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with double bed, shower room and separate toilet.

All bedrooms have a view of the garden for maximum calm and rest.
A beautiful shaded terrace with a bohemian chic spirit for a moment of relaxation in the living room or a meal with friends.
The garden invites you to relax by offering a magnificent view of its swimming pool and deckchairs to cool off on sunny days.

For parking, the villa has 3 spaces. one place in the front driveway, leading to the front door and closed by an electric gate and 2 places in the side driveway that leads to the garden at the back of the house and closed by a manual gate.

You will also have a WIFI connection as well as a smart TV in the living area and in the 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, on which you can connect to your favourite apps. The master suite also has its own TV.
