Updated, Clean Place w/Fabulous Deck and Views

One of the best features is the large deck with views of surrounding mountains. The place is well stocked with linens and everything else you need to have a care-free stay. The host was extremely accommodating and friendly. Whenever we needed anything, it was delivered promptly. The living area is full of light due to all the windows. Sleeping at night was great as the traffic calmed down to nothing and the two beds were extremely comfortable, as was the bedding. Definitely a nice place to stay.

Temporary Relocation

I stayed at this VRBO during a two-month work relocation and it was overall a great experience! Some highlights of this property included - how well stocked the property was, natural light inside the house, plenty of parking, comfortable beds, in unit laundry, and proximity to Downtown (Higuera/ Monterey). Robin was nothing short of a great host - always replying promptly if I needed anything or giving me heads up if people were stopping by to work on the property. A few areas of improvement at the property could be improved water pressure in the shower, automatic lights in the side alley and back parking lot, and curtains for privacy along the kitchen sliding glass doors. Nonetheless this is definitely a property I'd recommend to friends and somewhere I would consider staying again.
