Für die Anzahl Betten war es mit Besteck und Geschirr zum Teil knapp (Gläser, Gabeln, etc.). Grundflächen waren gereinigt, in den Fensterrahmen, etc. aber teilweise Spinnweben und nicht sauber.

Die Unterkunft ist idyllisch in einem Hinterhof gelegen. Das Platzangebot ist mehr als ausreichend für eine große Reisegruppe. Jeder findet einen Rückzugsort, wenn gewünscht. Die Küchenausstattung ist gut, wenn auch nicht besonders praktisch. Wir haben z. B. Topflappen vermisst, um unser Essen gut aus dem Ofen zu befördern. Man muss sich an das durch die anliegenden Landwirtschaften begründende Großaufgebot an Schmeißfliegen gewöhnen - also Essen nicht offen stehen lassen. Einer der 3 vorhandenen Grills hat unseren Zwecken gut gedient. Das Grillrost war nach initialer Reinigung benutzbar. Die Matratzen sind sauber, wenn auch durch gute Nutzung teilweise durchgelegen. Alles in allem ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Alles gut gelaufen. Abstriche am Objekt selbst (siehe Bewertung)

Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Mit dem Vermieter lief alles top. Und die Sauberkeit war auch absolut in Ordnung.Ich möchte dennoch ein paar Sterne abziehen, auch wenn der Vermieter hier in allen bis auf einem Punkt nicht viel machen kann - einfach, damit zukünftige Mieter das auf dem Schirm haben.1. Der Schnitt der Wohnung ist so, dass man bei einer größeren Anzahl nicht umhin kommt, dass Leute im Durchgangsbereich anderer schlafen.2. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und besteht überwiegend aus Holz, das sehr laut knarzt. Wenn eine Person in der Nacht auf Toilette geht, ist das gesamte Haus wach.3. Die Raumhöhe, insbesondere im Erdgeschoss ist gewöhnungsbedürftig niedrig. Ich würde an einigen Stellen auf nicht viel mehr als 2m tippen. Man sollte weder klaustrophobisch noch übermäßig groß sein.4. Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte etwas besser sein. Insbesondere was Pfannen angeht - nur eine war noch halbwegs verwendbar. Beim gesamten Rest löst sich die Beschichtung ab. Wir haben bereits mehrere Leute in unserer Gruppe die U40 an Krebs erkrankt sind und sind daher bei sowas etwas kleinlich.

Gelungenes Familientreffen

Sehr geräumiges und sauberes Ferienhaus mit ausreichend Schlafplätzen für große Familien, oder Gruppen. Es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Auch der Vermieter machte einen sehr freundlichen, sympathischen Eindruck. Diverse Renovierungen/ Neuerungen könnten mal vorgenommen werden. ( Grill, Bettwäsche, Halterungen Duschen…)Ansonsten definitiv empfehlenswert für größere Familien- bzw. Gruppentreffen.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Es war ein sehr schönes Wochenende in Mistelgau. Das Haus ist riesig mit ausreichend Schlafzimmern und Bädern. In der Küche fimdet man alles, was in eine Küche gehört. Top ausgestattet. Schöne ruhige Lage in der Nähe der Kirche. Gute Busanbindung nach Bayreuth.

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung!

Gemeinsam mit Freunden haben wir uns in dieser Ferienwohnung über das Wochenende aufgehalten. Es war sehr schön, Platz für alle vier Autos auf dem Hof direkt vor dem Haus, alles sauber und geräumig. Perfektes Ferienhaus für viele Personen

Wir waren sechs Erwachsene und 5 Kinder. Das Haus war sehr gut für uns ausgelegt. Jeder hatte einen tollen Schlafplatz. Es gibt auf jeder Etage eine Toilette. Insgesamt sind 2 Duschen und eine Badewanne vorhanden. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Alles an Geschirr, Besteck usw. ist vorhanden. Es gibt 2 Kühlschränke mit Gefrierschrank, einen Backofen, einen Geschirrspüler und einen Kaffeevollautomat. Der Wohnzimmer-/Essbereich ist mit einem großen Tisch und Stühlen für eben 12 Gäste ausgestattet. Ein Kamin findet sich in diesem Raum ebenfalls. Eine Terrasse kann man auch nutzen, konnten wir aber aufgrund des Wetters leider nicht. Das ganze Haus ist ausnahmslos sauber. So toll hat man es häufig nicht! Der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch und darauf bedacht, dass alles passt und man sich wohl fühlt. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Prima für Gruppen oder Großfamilien

Unser 2tägiger Wochenendtrip in Mistelgau war prima. Rewe im Ort war hilfreich, für vergessene Dinge bzw. frische Brötchen (auch sonntags). Wir sind in der herrlichen Umgebung gewandert und haben die Ruhe des Örtchens genossen. Der große Aufenthaltsraum bietet genug Platz für gemeinsames Frühstück/Essen, Spieleabend usw.

Perfektes Ferienhaus Nähe Bayreuth

Für ein gemeinsames Wochenende mit Freunden geplant, bot das großzügige Ferienhaus alles im puncto Ausstattung, Platz, Ambiente und Sauberkeit, was man sich wünschen kann. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend, unkompliziert auch per WhatsApp, und von Beginn an einladend - ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Check-in Lösung mit Code-Schloss ist zudem eine wundervolle Lösung für alle Beteiligten (keine Schlüsselnot und flexibles Einchecken). Vielen Dank!

Celebration with family

The property was in a cute village. It has three levels and clean. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and be comfortable. There is a small outdoor patio with table and chairs and charcoal grill. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine. Communication with owner was great and he answered all our questions. They were very helpful throughout the whole process. We loved the church bells ringing. The local grocery store Rewe staff were very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for sharing your home.
