ROSE Holidays offers you this charming studio ideally located on Rue du Palais, just 50 metres from the sea, in the heart of Les Sables d'Olonne city centre.



Located on the 2nd floor without a lift, this bright studio offers a partial sea view from the window and provides all the necessary comfort for a stay for two.



The accommodation consists of:

A main room with a comfortable sofa bed (sleeping for 2 people), living area and dining space.

A fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, cooking plates, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils.

A functional bathroom with shower, washbasin, storage unit and toilet.



An ideal pied-à-terre to fully enjoy Les Sables d'Olonne, do everything on foot and let yourself be carried away by the atmosphere of the city centre and the seafront promenade.
