100qm Apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower, living room with flat screen TV, large dining room with fireplace for 6 persons and fully equipped kitchen. All rooms are air-conditioned and heated. Washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher are available.
The 55qm terrace is south facing and offers a fantastic sea view. It has sun protection, dining table and 4 chairs with folding backrests, as well as a standing table with 3 height-adjustable bar stools, 2 sun loungers with upholstery, outside shower and built-in barbecue.
In the apartment there are: beach loungers, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys for children, as well as air mattresses, balls and a child raising for the washbasin. Books, children's books and toys are available.
The apartment is located in a very nice urbanization, 300 m from the beach and 2 km from the town center (bus service hourly for 1, - €, taxi for 8, - €, walk along the beach about 30 min.)
The communal pool has free umbrellas and sun loungers, as well as showers and toilets. Parking lots available.

This object is indeed beautiful but unfortunately because of the location not handicapped (accessible via a staircase).

Excellent apartment

This is a lovely apartment set in a picturesque urbanisation Very well equipped apartment with a fantastic large terrace and amazing view of the sea. Slightly too far to walk into Nerja in the high summer heat but easy to use taxis or buses to get there. Easy walk to the beach and a couple of lovely restaurants close by. We had a fantastic week’s holiday, thank you Britta.

A most brilliant view, good for the heart. Plenty space on the terrace and a well equipped kitchen and dining area. Would definitely go back. Quite a few stairs, but totally worth it.

House with magnificent views of the sea, well equipped, large and beautiful terrace. It has two double rooms and two complete bathrooms. It is a bit far from the center of Nerja, where you have to go by car, but it is a very quiet area to sleep. the community pool is big and fantastic

A Paradise Hideaway

This was a gorgeous location! The view cannot be beat. You definitely need a car if you’re going to stay here, which we had and I knew already based on previous reviews. One thing that I somehow missed was that there are a lot of stairs to get up to the apartment. Not a dealbreaker but I might’ve thought twice about booking it only because we are both older with bad knees. The place is a perfect spot to get away from the more touristy areas and it was comfortable and nice!

Spent ten nights at this apartment. It was clean, well equipped with good outside space and lovely views. Unfortunately after a couple of days we realised the fridge was not working properly. When we contacted the owner she said she lived in Germany and there was nothing she could do, but if it broke down totally she would get the cleaner to check it out. I then advised her that it was running at 14 degrees. She replied and said she would get the gardner to come round. Eventually they came and replaced the fridge but this was the day before we were going home. It was very inconvenient and not the quick response I would expect. Before booking the property I asked if it was very hilly and if there was a supermarket close by just for essentials as we were not hiring a car. We were advised that it was a small hill and there was a small supermarket 800m away, this is not the case. Yes there is a supermarket but it is a lot more that 800m, which is fine but you then have to try and get up a very steep hill, this we only attempted once as it nearly killed us. After that we had to get taxis back just so we didn't have to walk up the hill (Please note I am not elderly). The Bus stop is at the bottom of the hill and runs every half hour and only one euro, so we got the bus in and taxi back which cost about eight euros. There are a couple of restaurants within 10 min walking and a couple of bars on the next urbanization but apart from that you really need to go into Nerja where you have everything you could want. As stated the apartment is very nice, in a very quiet location but if we were given correct information with regards to location then we would not of booked this property. If you are going to stay at this apartment then a car is a necessity.

Toller Urlaub

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern (5, 6) dort. Wohnung sehr geräumig und sauber und die Terrasse bietet viel Platz und einen mega Ausblick aufs Meer. Total nette Gärtner, die uns Zitronen und Avocados gepflückt haben. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin lief freundlich einfach und schnell ab. Ein Mietauto ist mit kleinen Kindern praktisch, da die gesamte Anlage am Hang liegt. Außerdem kann man so die schönen entlegeneren Fleckchen gut erreichen. Den Pool kann man super fußläufig in 3min erreichen. Es war rundum ein toller Urlaub und über die 2 Katzen, die uns jeden morgen am Küchenfenster begrüßt haben, haben wir uns auch sehr gefreut.

Un super séjour dans un appartement au top !

Nous avons passé deux semaines de vacances dans cet appartement, et on a tout simplement adoré ! Il était spacieux, très propre et super bien équipé, surtout pour cuisiner. Il y avait plein d’ustensiles, des appareils pratiques, tout ce qu’il faut pour préparer de bons repas comme à la maison.La vue depuis l’appartement était magnifique, un vrai plus pour se détendre. On s’y sentait vraiment bien, dès le premier jour.La propriétaire était toujours disponible si on avait des questions, très réactive et sympa. Et le personnel qu’on a croisé était aussi très accueillant et chaleureux.Franchement, on recommande cet endroit à 100 %. Un vrai coup de cœur pour des vacances réussies.

Tolles Apartment mit Katzengesellschaft

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im und den super Meerblick sehr genossen. Die Lage des Apartments am Berg, erreichbar über Treppen ist sehr ruhig. Wie es mit der Ruhe in der Hauptsession gestellt ist, ist schwer zu beurteilen. Jetzt im November waren nur eine Handvoll der Apartments in der Anlage belegt. Die beiden Katzen haben wir gerne gefüttert. Sehr rührend wenn sie uns morgens am Küchenfenster erwartet haben. Ein empfehlenswertes Urlaubsziel wenn man keine Katzenallergie hat!

Aussicht unübertroffen

Die Wohnung übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Sie ist gross, die Terrasse ist Blickrichtung Meer (nicht nur ein kleines Eckchen), hat alles, was man braucht und ist blitzsauber. Auch die Küche war tiptop ausgerüstet. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und der Trockner haben gut funktioniert. Das Wichtigste zum Kochen war auch da wie Gewürze, Öl etc.

Fantastischer Blick aufs Meer

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr nett eingerichtet und in der Küche haben wir nichts vermisst. Der Höhepunkt ist die große Terrasse, die man von mehreren Räumen aus betreten kann und die über einen tollen Meerblick verfügt. Die Wohnung ist nur über Treppen erreichbar und es empfiehlt sich ein Auto zu mieten. Parkplätze waren kein Problem. Die Vermieterin gab uns viele nützliche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt und war auch sonst erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir können das Apartment wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Super Aufenthalt!!!

Wir hatten 4 wunderbare Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Sie ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Evtl. sollte man an Spülmaschinentabs denken, wobei wir unser Paket dagelassen haben, vll. können da noch einige Nachmieter davon profitieren ;-) Die Unterkunft verfügt über 4 Klimaanlagen, sodass man überall eine angenehme Temperatur herstellen kann. Die Aussicht ist wirklich fantastisch. WLAN vorhanden und sehr stabil. Wir hatten einen Leihwagen, es war aber nie ein Problem einen Parkplatz zu finden. Der Pool liegt, falls ihn jemand sucht wie wir, auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite unterhalb der Häuser. Eingang ist über eine Treppe gegenüber der Mülltonnenboxen.

Fantastisk utsikt!

Mysig lägenhet med en härlig utsikt mot havet! Smidig in och utcheckning. Väldigt bra komfort på sängen och välutrustad lägenhet. Ett extra stort plus för den svalkande ute duschen och grillen på terassen. Trevligt och bra bemötande både från städpersonal och värden Britta😊

Belle terrasse avec une magnifique vue sur la mer

Appartement confortable, climatisé et bien équipé pour cuisiner. Charmante terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Situé dans un très joli site fleuri près de la plage, de Nerja et de beaux villages blancs dans des montagnes splendides.
