The holiday home "Windspiel" stands in a very quiet and preferred residential area Neuharlingersiels and is an oasis of peace and relaxation for your particularly beautiful holiday! The North Sea spa Neuharlingersiel itself is located directly on the unique natural spectacle "National Park Lower Saxony Wadden Sea", since 2009 "UNESCO World Natural Heritage". To all tourist offers are also only a few meters walk, yet our house is located in a secluded dead end street. Your very well-kept holiday home "Windspiel" is about 60 square meters large and suitable for your holiday with 2 to 4 persons and additionally possible toddler. It is light, cozy and tastefully decorated, comfortable and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for your holiday. All the tourist offers are only a few minutes walk from the house "Windspiel". All leisure and shopping facilities are only a short walk away, the bread rolls at the bakery not far away. Welcome to the romantic fishing village Neuharlingersiel on the North Sea! Welcome to the Nordsee-Heilbad Neuharlingersiel in East Frisia!

Verbesserungswürdig

Abwicklung mit Vermieter und Lage top. Leider ist die Ausstattung des Objektes teilweise sehr abgenutzt und Reparaturbedürftig (Paradebeispiel: Lattenrost im Kinderzimmer). Auch wurde uns das Gefühl vermittelt, das schon längere Zeit kein Reinigungspersonal mehr in dem Objekt war. Selbst wenn man den Mietern die Option der Selbstreinigung bietet (was ich persönlich eine sehr gute Idee finde), so sollte man trotzdem zeitweise immer mal jemanden in das Objekt schicken, der sich um z.B. Spinnengewebe an den Lampen, im Eingangsbereich und dergleichen bekümmert. Auch die Bettdecken etc sollten regelmäßig gereinigt werden (war ziemlich muffig) Schade, denn das Objekt an sich befindet sich in einer traumhaften Lage

Neuharlingersiel ist immer schön.

Das kleine Häuschen ist i.O. Doch der technische Zustand ließ zu wünschen übrig. Dusche ging nur warm oder heiss. Abfluss ging gerade so eben. Rollladengurtwickler hing an einer Schraube und war fast gar nicht zu bedienen. Das war kein Wintergarten, sonder eine Terrassenüberdachung mit Windschutz. Die Haustür war nur mit viel Kraft zu öffnen. Andere Gäste hätten einen Teil des Geldes zurück verlangt. Wir haben nur einfach keinen Bock auf Streit und wollten unseren Urlaub genießen. Der Hauszustand ist verbesserungswürdig!

Sehr schönes, super ausgestattetes Haus mit tollem Freisitz und Garten.

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Toaster... alles da. Die Terrasse lädt mit Tisch, Stühlen, Liegen und einem Strandkorb zum relaxen ein. Ein kleines Häuschen für evt. mitgebrachte Fahrräder, Buggies oä ist vorhanden. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen weil es dort sehr ruhig ist. Trotzdem ist man zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten am Hafen. Bäckerei und ein frische Markt sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Neuharlingersiel und kommen gerne wieder.
