About this property

Idyllic, completely renovated half-timbered house in a listed courtyard

Our family-friendly apartment in the village of Seelscheid (Neunkirchen-Seelscheid), Rhein-Sieg district, is located in an idyllic half-timbered house in our courtyard. The tastefully furnished apartment (approx. 60 sqm) has 2 bedrooms, kitchen with dining area, bathroom and a cozy south-facing terrace with a beautiful view.
One bedroom has a spacious double bed.
The second bedroom has a single bed and a stacking bed. The stacking bed can be used as a single bed or placed side by side as two beds, so that a total of 3 people can sleep in the room.

Please note that we require a minimum booking of two nights on weekends. Pets are allowed but will be charged. Please contact me before booking.

Whether romantic rides through extensive forest areas, exciting canoe trips or relaxed hikes on one of the numerous themed hiking trails - the Rhein-Sieg region offers numerous options for your leisure time for young and old, those looking for peace and adrenaline junkies.
The central location of the apartment in Neunkirchen-Seelscheid is a perfect starting point for couples, friends and families to explore the highlights of the region. The offers in the area to Bonn can be reached in just 30 minutes by car.

nice place with restaurants and shops nearby

We stayed for a week in this holiday apartment. Location was really convenient, close to shops and restaurants, Bonn, Cologne and the nature resort within easy reach. While we stayed early in the year (April) we could even enjoy the nice terrace, the apartment itself was also nice and clean.

Der Vermieter der Ferienwohnung war freundlich und bemüht. Die Küchenausstattung war allerdings eher minimalistisch, einige wichtige Utensilien, wie Schere, Dosenöffner, Sieb, gute Pfanne, Küchenzange fehlten. Für meinen Vater, der auf den Rollator angewiesen ist, war die Wohnung ungeeignet, da Griffe zum Festhalten an den Stufen zwischen Küche und Flur fehlen und die Toilette viel zu niedrig ist.

Schade, dass Sie uns darauf erst bei Ihrer Abreise aufmerksam machten. Wir bedauern sehr, dass Ihr Vater teilweise Bewegungsprobleme im Gästehaus unserer denkmalgeschützten Hofanlage hatte. Wir empfehlen Ihnen, sich nach speziellen Eignungserfordernissen von Unterkünften generell vorab zu erkundigen. Vielen Dank, dass Sie mich als freundlich und bemüht charakterisieren. Fünf gemütliche Tage

Nachdem wir uns eingerichtet hatten - was in der Küche fehlte und wir sofort vom Vermieter bekommen hatten - konnten wir die Umgebung erkunden - der gemütliche Garten mit Sitzecken konnte mit genutzt werden. Wir haben uns im Fachwerkhäuschen total wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bekommt auf jeden Fall 5 Sterne: unkompliziert, schnell und sehr entgegenkommend, wir konnten deutlich vor 15:00 Uhr einchecken! Vielen Dank! Der Zustand der Wohnung bekommt weniger Sterne: etwas lieblos eingerichtet, Sauberkeit vielleicht bis zu einer Höhe von 1,70 m, kaputtes Waschbecken im Bad und eine indiskutable Küche: u.a. ein alter sehr kleiner Kühlschrank mit vereistem Kühlfach, Besteck kaum vorhanden (zwei Messer!) und es sind überhaupt keine scharfen Messer oder ein Brotmesser vorhanden, beim Geschirr sieht es nicht besser aus. Ein Gespräch mit den Mietern einer weiteren FeWo auf dem Gelände zeigte, wir sind kein Einzelfall. Schade, hier wäre mehr möglich.

Auszeit Oase ganz in der Nähe

Ein besonderer Ort; man spürt mit wieviel Respekt und Liebe dieses Ensemble mit neuem Leben gefüllt wurde, ein lebendiger und zugleich zur Entspannung einladender Ort, sehr sauber, harmonisch und ausgesucht eingerichtet, eine Terrasse, wo man ganz für sich frühstücken oder die Abende ausklingen lassen kann. Es gibt viel zu entdecken. Direkt an den Wanderwegen z.B. Kräuterweg gelegen, kleine Gassen, leckere Möglichkeiten in der Nähe essen zu gehen. Ein Ort, der einlädt zum Wiedersehen.
