The home was beautiful and had many things we needed and provided a great environment for creating family memories. We had a great time and enjoyed this home for our summer vacation.

Very well appointed home with plenty of space for all. Highly recommend to anyone.

Perfect vacation spot!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 8 ( 1 toddler) thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation in this beautiful home with great views! There was plenty of space for us to relax inside and out. The deck is huge and very quiet backing up to a pine forest. We even saw moose 3 times. The kitchen had loads of pots and pans, dishes, glassware and wine glasses. We enjoyed the hot tub every day. The home was close to our favorite hike and just a short drive to town. We’d definitely rent this place again!

Nice layout, but maintenance issues with amenities

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house layout is great for a sizeable family with kids. However, there were a number of maintenance issues upon check-in. The hot tub didn't work, the icemaker in the fridge didn't work, the stove and mainroom fireplace both had issues with staying on, the grill hadn't been maintained/cleaned. The beds/pillows were also of marginal quality. Paragon sent maintenance quickly, but that meant we had to vacate the house for 1/2 a day and weren't compensated. Even after maintenance, the fridge icemaker didn't work (was replaced with a bag of ice in the freezer) and the grill and mainroom fireplace were spotty. The staff offered an apology for the issues, but no compensation even though we were forced out of the house for 6 hours. So it's a nice house, but disappointing that the quality control before check-in wasn't better. On the plus side, the shuttle is extremely valuable to avoid having to deal with parking for skiing. It is very timely and the staff is very friendly. Anne as the primary contact for the house was very friendly and responsive as well with check-in / check-out procedures and general questions.

Great stay at Breck!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this house and had a great trip in Jan 2021. We loved the location- 12 minutes from the Village and 14 to Peak 8 parking. The home felt very private, especially with no homes behind it. We loved looking out at trees and the beautiful winter landscape. The house was super spacious, functional, well furnished, stocked, luxurious etc. The mud room with a powder room was great for loading and unloading on ski days. The kitchen was perfect and had everything. The hot tub was amazing and comes with special towels. The house was well stocked. A light bulb died, and we easily found and put in replacements. The lower level family room was a favorite with our kids. The shuttle was super helpful, especially when we had ski school for one kid much earlier than the rest. The service was reliable and quick! Great feature of the home. We did have a cleaning issue in one of the bathrooms, which we shared with management but otherwise the home was spotless. Katie was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and our stay. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet, but close enough to the slopes and shops. We enjoyed walking around on afternoon. Would definitely stay here again!

Labor Day 2020 in Breck

We thought we were renting a private home w private hot tub via the description on the rental website but the property is a duplex w a patio and hot tub without any privacy from guest at the duplex next door

Beautiful Place!

Very highly impressed! Beautiful home, TONS of space and rooms, we had 8 of us and didn't even use all the rooms. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying in beautiful Breckenridge!
