Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic visit. Great room, beautiful view. Loved our trip.

This condo is beautiful, appears recently updated and is very clean, smells fresh. We especially loved the tables and chairs on the balcony. The host responded very quickly and efficiently with our few questions. We always stay at the Surf and Racquet Club when visiting Amelia Island and would definitely stay at this condo again.

Beautiful view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the room and the view are wonderful . It sits right over the pool and has an amazing ocean view. The room has everything a couple would need for a pleasant stay . We were very pleased with the property management staff . The reason I only gave it four stars was because the bedspread was dirty and the cushions and throw pillows on the couch , dining room table cushions , and all throw pillows in the bedroom and blankets were dirty . The management company did issue a partial refund . Overall I was pleased with our stay there.
