We had a great stay and the house offered everything we could have wanted.. and was very close to the beach just a short walk.. the house was very clean had plenty of towels and the air conditioning was superb. Loved that it had multiple exit doors including one to the pool and the kids didn’t have to be near the street.

Host, Richard was super easy to communicate with! Property is perfect for a larger group or family. Our group of 11 had plenty of space with room to spare. The beach is just a short walk from the house making it absolutely convenient for relaxing at the beach without the hectic time of a long haul. The pool was clean and great to enjoy at night after a day in the sun. Host has a few provided games at the house which was perfect to entertain on a rainy night! Absolutely would book again.

Would like to see new shower liners in the bathrooms and a deep clean in the corners of the tile. Other than that is was amazing. Quiet, easy to get to. Beach was walking distance.

Great place to stay

We loved the easy access to the ocean. After a long day running around we all enjoyed having a pool to go night swimming. There was so much space and having 3 bathrooms was a plus.

This property was perfect for our family of 13. It is a prime location, with a short walk to the beach and close to anything you need. The pool in the back yard was perfect fun for all ages! I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Destin!!

Good house. Just 1 1/2 block from beach. However, be aware the beach access is small so need to get there early. Owner very nice and feedback with owner was constructive and accepted. Plenty of parking for 3 cars. We struggled with a lot of leaves in pool area. Nice lay out and seating for 8 people at the dinner table. Very close to Publix, Walmart, Dog Park and ABC Liquor.

Host replied back fast and responded to phone calls. Parking fits 3 cars. Rooms were clean. The extra pillows and mattresses were not. Kitchen has everything you would need to cook and eat. Pool is good size and goes about 5’5” deep. The stove/oven circuit tripped. The circuit breaker for the stove is outside the house. Host was able to lead us to it over the phone. All smart TVs. Fast wifi.

A true beauty

This house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! Plenty of space! Most importantly you can’t hear anyone on the first floor when you’re sleeping on the second floor. Will absolutely stay again!

This house was perfect for a family of twelve. Plenty of room for everyone. We loved having our own pool and gathering on the front porch. Beds were comfortable and the upstairs rooms stayed cool It had a fully stocked kitchen. Great location, short walk to the beach. We would definitely come back, we had an amazing time !!!

He had a no smoking sign in the pool area so my guess had to smoke in the streets or their car . The rooms upstairs were small.He said the place was nasty when we left which it wasn’t. The experience with him wasn’t plus all.

Fantastic family house near the beach

If I could give this place 10 stars instead of 5 I would. We have stayed in many VRBO rentals over the years and this was definitely our favorite. Everything was perfect. The kitchen is very well stocked. The house is roomy and comfortable. The location is super convenient to the beach and food and shopping. We especially appreciate that it is a pet friendly rental.Highly recommend! Thanks for hosting us.
