About this property

4-person gite in semi-detached house with small garden and enclosed parking lot

Located in the heart of the Montlouis sur Loire vineyards, halfway between Amboise and Tours, we open the doors of part of our house to you for a comfortable stay.

You will have an independent space of about 70 m² that can accommodate up to 4 people, including:

- 2 bedrooms for 2 people maximum (one on the ground floor accessible to people with reduced mobility and one upstairs with its small private covered terrace),

- 2 bathrooms,

- 2 toilets,

- a kitchenette open to the dining room,

- a private terrace,

- a garden of about 200 m².

Each room is equipped with its own television. Parking is secure.

The house is completely non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Festive events are not accepted in this place.

The house is ideally located to discover the riches of the region and the famous castles of the Loire, such as the castle of Amboise or the castle of Chenonceau. It is also on the Loire à vélo route, a real asset for lovers of bike rides along the river.
