Great location, beautiful view of Mosquito Lagoon. Very nice RV park, great for families, couples and seniors. It's 30 minutes to the beach and 45 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. There is a small boat launch if you bring your boat. There is also a dolphin tour boat you can go on now. Owner was very quick to respond and very helpful.

Check in was easy, the home was nice and well kept. Really nice view and very peaceful. As others said the oven doesn’t work it’s a fun piece of vintage “art” in the kitchen, HOWEVER, they have an air fryer, grill, microwave and toaster plus the stove top so it was super easy to still prepare meals. We look forward to come back again.

We stayed M - F. Everyone around was super nice, friendly! Staying that close to water like that was truly amazingly and beautiful!! Having our boat at a dock to use anytime was great too!!

Great place to get away and relax. Great food and fun nearby. Always clean. This was our second stay and our 3rd is booked.

Nice place to stay to decompress

The cabin "Manatee" was nice, close to boat dock and had everything you needed to make your stay comfortable. The viewing deck on the 2nd floor was the perfect place to watch the fireworks. We communicated with the owners and they always responded promptly. Goodrich's Restaurant was a short walk and food was good. Great place to see dolphins (a lot of them) and manatees. Fishing was good for the non-pro's.

Shrimping Weekend

Check in was difficult as the address of the property does not match the property. My friends almost went into the wrong property. Also, the listing showed a hot tub and when I contacted the owner about it she said "that's weird" we don't have a hot tub.

I did check everything in the welcome. Guide shows the 321 Address, which is a private residence. I'm sorry you had trouble trying to find it. And also I did look into the listing, and there wasn't anything about a hot tub and nothing was checked off. So I'm not sure, maybe you had looked at other properties and saw that, I'm not sure what happened. But thank you for staying with us and hopefully you'll come back

It was ok some issues like no oven that was working. They said use the air fryer which was very small. Also the refrigerator did not keep the food cold it was like just above room temperature. Lost some food to this. Also things that other VRBOs provide where not there. Like paper towel only half roll. Only one garbage bag.

Lowkey Paradise

The property was exactly what we had hoped for, lowkey old Florida right on the water. Kitchen was adequately equipped for my mother and I to cook the only downside was the oven but we knew that coming in, we did most of our cooking on the gas grill and gas stove top. The view is spectacular and the covered sitting area was perfect to watch the rainstorms roll over the lagoon. Christine is an amazing hostess that helped setup a last minute charter with Capt. Matt Lee as my original was cancelled due to weather. Matt can pick you up steps from the back door. All and all, we will definitely be back with my skiff next time. There is also a wonderful country store a 60 second drive away with amazing local produce for the cheap. Overall10/10! As I said we will be back!

Did not get the place I rented

Through VRBO it was good but the host didn't give me the place I rented. She told me it had storm damage but she had rented it to someone else for a longer stay. Do not trust the owners of this property.
