Vacation cottage Villa Apfelbaum

Holiday apartment with large grounds and good connection to Usedom, Greifswald and to the Peenetal. Our holiday home is a converted farmhouse in the region. It consists of a living room with a spacious living area and a fireplace, a separate bedroom, a kitchen with everything for self-catering and a bathroom. In the bedroom there are 2 beds. If necessary, an existing cot can be adjusted. 3-4 people can sleep on two sofa beds in the large living room. In addition to the following, there are various games (table tennis, featherball, football, board games), a small library, as well as a DVD collection. To the apartment belongs a 3000 sqm large meadow with fallobstbäumen, shrubs and plenty of space to relax. Children have a lot of space here, and if that is not enough, they can have fun on the playground. Animals are also welcome. Parking is available.

Ruhe, Entspannung, Natur

Wir hatten eine schöne Urlaubszeit. Das Haus ist groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das große Grundstück mit eigenem Spielplatz war ein Traum für Kind und Hund. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Leider entsprach die Ausstattung nicht der Beschreibung und bedarf einer Überarbeitung: keine Spiele, DVD oder Tischtennisplatte. Die Gartenmöbel bestanden aus völlig runtergekommenen und verdreckten Plastemöbeln, die Couch bedarf einer dringenden Grundreinigung (voll mit Hundehaaren vom Vorgänger), keine Fliegengitter (sehr viele Fliegen) und dünne Bettdecken bei nächtlichen Temperaturen um 10°C waren echt grenzwertig. Der Eingangsbereich ist nicht sehr einladend (alte Couch) und ein Paar Wäscheklammern wären schön gewesen. Es sei erwähnt, dass hinter dem Haus 4 Windräder stehen, die bei Wolken sehr laut und störend sind (Tag und Nacht!). Wir hatten trotzdem eine sehr schöne Zeit und haben Land und Leute entdeckt.

Bad und Schlafzimmer neuwertig. Küche und Sofas müssten mal dringend grundgereinigt werden!!! Eingangsbereich vermiest den ersten Eindruck! Holzkohlengrill und Gartenmöbel versifft!

Gut zum Entspannen

Ich war mit meiner Familie eine Woche in Krien. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen une ländlichen Lage. Im Nachbarort gibt es einen kleinen Laden bei welchem man die nötigsten Sachen (morgendliche Brötchen) bekommt. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und das Haus aus meiner Sicht schön eingerichtet. Die Fahrten nach Usedom waren mit ca. 45 min zu den Stränden in Ordnung und aufgrund täglich ca. 30 Grad unverzichtbar. Eine Fahrt zu den Badeseen scheiterte, da es sich um ein eine Seeanlage handelte bei welcher Hunde nicht erlaubt waren.

Idyllisch ruhig!

Die Unterkunft liegt wirklich ruhig und abgelegen. Für uns war es perfekt um mit Kind und Hund den Jahreswechsel zu vollziehen. Die Landschaft sowie die Wälder in der Nähe laden sehr zum spazieren gehen ein. Die Räume sind sehr schön eingerichtet und für Unterhaltung sowie Küchenutensilien ist mehr als gesorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
