On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). Air conditioner in the living room. The entrance is ground level. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Eat-in kitchen with dinette and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker induction cooker (2 plates), refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per cable.

Balatonberény. The holiday house is located on a 500 sqm large, enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, bushes, and trees. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Also on the property is BAL BER 056 (4 people). Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) in carport.
