The Atlantic Beach House is a custom-built 3,000 square foot home, located just steps from beautiful Wells Beach. This house is the perfect retreat for your next family vacation. Sip your morning coffee on the deck as you enjoy the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean and end your day with cocktails and sunset view of the marsh.

This 6 bed/7 bath home comes fully furnished with everything you will need for your stay including bed linens, bath towels and beach chairs. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, closet, bureau, flat screen TV and bed linens. Infant crib/pack and play available upon request.

Rental fee includes Wi-Fi, parking for up to 3 cars, and private right of way access to the beach.

Girls Trip

This house was perfect for our group of 9 women. The home was spotless, very well appointed and in a perfect location for our “home base” as we explored several towns along the southern coast. The guidebook that was provided by the owners was very helpful and communication prior to our stay was excellent. We all would recommend this home to anyone looking to rent in this area.

Annual Family get together!

We are the parents of 3 children that are now married with 3 children of their own! Our tradition is a family getaway every Memorial Day weekend. Atlantic Beach house was perfect. Big enough for everyone to have their space but cozy enough for together time! The home was clean and well stocked with everything you could need. Perfect Marathon Getaway

We had a big group (adults, teens and even a toddler) stay for the Maine Coast Marathon weekend. It was a dream location— easy walk for our runners to the race start, right at mile marker 1 for our cheer squad, and of course came with beautiful views of the ocean just across the street. It had plenty of room for our big family to spread out and perfect setup for the teens to escape when needed. It’s simply, but beautifully decorated. I would recommend to anyone looking for rental in the area. Communication with the host was top notch!

Amazing last minute getaway

We had a wonderful time at the property. The owners were very responsive to any questions that we had. The beach is perfect for younger children and the proximity to the beach was excellent.

Great place with excellent host!

Very short walk to beach. Nice house with 3 floors, 2BR and baths and a common area on each floor. Nice balcony on 3rd floor. The beach was nice and clean. Alicia, the host, may have been the best I've dealt with.

A beautiful home - a beautiful stay!

I can't say enough good things about this property and our Christmas stay. The home is (as described) a three-story home with two bedrooms, 2 baths, and room for socializing on all three floors. The home is very clean and well-equipped (including towels and bedding). We prepared meals and holiday treats for 16 people and the kitchen was spacious and convenient. Many trips daily to the beach and the playground, all just steps from the property. Less than a mile from the grocery store, and lobster, clams, and cold beer are just minutes away (even in the winter!). Our hosts were kind, accommodating, and responsive. I hope we have the chance to stay again!

Beautiful Atlantic Beach House

Great home !! Great location!! Great Weather! Multigenerational vacation with kids ages1-14. Everyone had a blast and enough room for all. Owners were exceptional & helpful. Home was immaculate and well stocked.

Atlantic Beach House - Wells Beach

We had a wonderful time with children and grandkids at the Atlantic Beach House! This house is immaculate and very well equipped with everything you could want in a vacation home. The location is perfect, a short walk across the street to a beautiful beach. The owners were very responsive and assisted us with several requests. We highly recommend this beautiful home!

Perfect Spot!

Traveling with the extended family, including kids ranging from 1-4 can be tough, but this house ended up being perfect! The house itself was very clean, well stocked and worked for all ages. The location was terrific with easy access to the beach which doesn’t disappear at high tide. Lastly, Alicia was fantastic at communication. We had a great stay and will be back!

Perfect place for an extended family vacation

This was the perfect vacation home for our extended family to gather for a week in Wells!! We had more than enough space to spread out and have privacy when wanted. The main level had a large open kitchen big enough for 4-5 people to cook and prep meals. The main kitchen was well stocked with anything we could need (including lobster crackers and pics). The bar seated 6 people comfortably and the large dining table allowed for our whole family to enjoy meals together. We loved that each bedroom either had an ensuite full bathroom or a full bathroom right outside the bedroom. It was convenient that there were a washer and dryer on 2/3 floors and it made drying beach towels and throwing in a load of laundry easy. The private access to the beach is a very short walk from the house and made it easy to pop back and forth throughout the day. Wells is also a less than 5 minute walk from the house and our kids loved going to the shops and arcade. Although the parking spaces were small, we were able to park 4 vehicles without any issue. Overall, we had a fabulous time and will definitely rent this house again in the future!

We had a wonderful time at the Atlantic Beach House! The house was clean, lovely and had plenty of room for all of us, with everything provided for our comfort. Great location with lots to see and do. The hosts were terrific. Recommend it highly!

Atlantic Beach House 5 star review

We traveled to the Atlantic Beach House with a group of 9 and it was perfect. Plenty of living space and plenty of room if you wanted to be alone. The house has a beautiful beach y vibe and everything you may need. The location was ideal and view and beach access was perfect. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful Beach House

Stayed with friends and family here for a long weekend. The house was steps from the beach, had great views from the deck and was near lots of activities and restaurants. The house was extremely clean and had anything we could have needed. The house layout was perfect for big groups with each bedroom having its own bath. We had plenty of towels and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Alisha was great to work with and the website provided the answers to questions we had. We can’t wait to go back!
