Built by the finest builder in the area with a long-standing history of masterful construction.

Paradise in southern Maine

This property is absolutely stunning, ocean views are amazing, house is stocked with all you need, plenty of space for large groups. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The property was beautiful. owner was quite flexible with early arrival. Sadly the house was rather dirty. The fireplace didn't work. There was nothing the owner was able to do to fix issues.

Family Vacation

We had our first ever Family vacation with 25 of us 5 siblings and all the kids and grandkids.. This property will not dissapointe.. Comms with Andrew was perfect.. the weather was perfect the location was perfect the house is set up so that No one was in each others way.. It was a magical time.. and at the end we were all still speaking ( LOL ) and still love everyone! Thank you Andrew it was perfect!! Theresa

My family of 14 adults and 6 kids under 7 enjoyed a wonderful 4 nights at this home! it was just as pictured, perfect location with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of parking. As a family we had vacationed in this area a lot in years past so it was great to be back in Maine. If you can reserve this house - do, plenty of room for the family to spread out and being on the beach- well, just perfect! Only concern was that the ice maker was not working, it was over the weekend, so perhaps that is why it wasn’t addressed, bagged ice works. otherwise, communication with owner was great.

Right on the Beach!

Group of 10 for our first trip to Maine and exceeded expectations! House was amazing right on the beach and location at Moody beach perfect right in the middle of 2 nice sized towns. Only complaint was the house was not very clean when we arrived and had to do dishes and laundry to start off the trip.

Spectacular Sunrise

The location was stunning, the beach and sunrises were beautiful and we enjoyed listening to the sound of the waves. The kitchen and family rooms are HUGE, and wonderful for family gatherings.

Easter at Moody beach

Wonderful family get away! Beautiful house, beautiful beach & good weather, can’t ask for more. Open home layout was perfect for our family to celebrate Easter! Right on beach, amazing sunrise viewed from warmth of living room! Perfect, highly recommend.

Beautiful home in a lovely location. So well appointed and designed, spacious, with plenty of room for my extended family of 18 of all ages. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend. The professional kitchen made cooking easy!

amazing house and beach!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this house in Wells. The beach is amazing and the house had everything we needed and more. Andrew was very responsive to a couple concerns we had and remedied the situation to our satisfaction. The neighbors were very nice as a bonus! We look forward to going again. As our son said, "we need to come here next time for a whole month."

Amazing house with on a private beach

The house is perfect for spending time with your family. Location could not be better! The view from the family room, dining room and the two front bedrooms are great! The owners Andrew and Jim are very helpful. The house is very well furnished. We would love to go back!
