Big family. Lots of space
We had 20 people in 2 cabins and there was plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen had basics. When we arrived in one cabin the sliding door was open and the floors were really dirty. The number given to call was an incorrect number and they would just hang up on us. The number to text was helpful sometimes. We were given only one code and they quickly got the second code for us to get in but then did not respond to anything else sent. We had no power in the basement but that was resolved by us finding a breaker box abd flipping it. I just wish they had responded to that issue. The tvs were difficult to work and remotes were broken or left with no batteries. The hot tubs were a hit! The games in the game room were ok. A few were broken. The theater room in one cabin was great. The other we could not find the correct remotes to make it work. Over all there were some small inconveniences but none impacted the memories and fun my whole family had staying here

Good overall
There was a few issues with our cabin . The shower head came off and hit my husband in the head but they were quick to replace it . The tv’s didn’t work in the second Cabin which they fixed promptly. The fireplace didn’t work and the ceiling leaked in the main floor bathroom. Overall my family enjoyed our stay and had a nice time .

Locked out
Couldn’t get the door to open at 4:00 pm. Climbed over a fence & got in through sliding glass door. Service fixed the door next day but only worked twice. Called again but no one came before we had to check out. Poor service.

Family reunion
Overall, the 2 cabins worked out well for our family reunion with 20 people. There were some minor inconveniences that were unfortunate. Some of the bed sheets had holes in them and were super thin. The floors were dirty bc after walking around the house, our feet were very dirty. There were 2 mice that we caught and I’m sure probably more bc we heard them. The AC in 1 house had a clog in the drain pipe and the drip pain overflowed and caused a big leak in the kitchen below. We were able to clean the clog and stop the leaking and clean up everything before maintenance got there. They did come about and hour and a half after we called just to double check that everything was ok.
