The space
Gorgeous 6 bedroom 5 bath with a loft

Guest access
This large gorgeous 6 bedroom 5 bath house is all yours. It has 3 levels the top being a loft area with 2 Queen size beds. The kitchen is recently updated with granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. There are two dining tables that can sit 16 people in total at a time. Each living room has a 50 inch or larger smart TV with Roku. Game room has a pool table, arcade games, a mini-fridge, multiple board games and a popcorn machine. Lastly, you have access to the seasonal community pool.

Other things to note
21 person count DOES include the futon and 2 pull out sleeper couches. Otherwise the cabin can sleep 16 without any pull out sofas or the futon.

Each fireplace is electric.

You will receive a smart-lock entry code to the guest on check-in day for the front entrance.

After the rental agreement is signed and the deposit is scheduled, you will receive a message with check-in details 48 days before your arrival.

All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.

QUIET TIME 11:00 PM

The cabin is in the woods and so you may see bears however they are rare. The cabin is sprayed monthly for insects however there's a chance you still may see some in the cabin since it's located in the woods.

A starter set of soaps, shampoos, toiletries, and coffee are provided.

Location, Location!

Stay here based on location, it is the quickest, easiest little drive to the main strip which is exactly what we needed for quick to and fro for our event. Communication with the host was excellent, a very detailed online property info booklet was sent which was so nice. Beds were comfortable, A/C worked great, plenty of room, hot tub was nice!

Weekend getaway

My family rented this property for a weekend. There was 11 adults and 5 children (under 7). The road going to the property is a little steep in my opinion but not so bad that I wouldn’t rent this cabin again. We had five vehicles and they all fit fine in the parking area for this property. The cabin was clean and comfortable. Everyone had their own rooms and we had an extra room to spare. The mini refrigerator, arcade games, foosball table and pool table was a nice touch. It was stocked with board games, puzzles, and playing cards. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The hot tub was enjoyed by all. I would like to add that if you have children, there is no yard for them to run and play. As stated before, there is plenty for them to do inside. However, having a space for them to run and play would have been great. The location of the property is good. It is close to everything. I would rent this property again. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again soon.

Perfect for reconnecting

Great cabin in a super location. Plenty of space for a large group. Plenty to do at the cabin amd conveniently located just a short dostance from the Pigeon Forge strip. Loved our stay and would recommend for larger groups and would stay here again. Kyle is a great host and was quick to communicate and respond.

Family Vacation

The stay at the condo was great. Getting all the info in a timely manner was great. It was a beautiful home with alot to do with different ages in my family. Right around the corner from all the attractions. Enjoyed the stay, will stay here again next time we are in Pigeon forge.

Large group friendly

We had 4 families stay at Kyle’s cabin over Spring Break/Easter. Location was fabulous for Dollywood and other nearby attractions. Grocery store and other amenities easy to get to. Kids loved the hot tub and game room. Loft area allowed for big sleepover for kids and all couples had own room. Kitchen is small making cooking large meals challenging but doable.

We love the surrounding area with all the amenities and proximity to the Smoky Mountains and thought this would be a great place to visit.
