5 bedroom with plush bedding for restful sleep. Features a Disney Princess, Mickey & Minnie, Star Wars themed bedrooms; in addition to TWO master suites, dedicated workspace and a themed Spiderman loft!
Has a private heated pool for you to enjoy with your family on your relaxation days and also an amazing private game room.

Optional:
Heated Pool available at 35$ per day and is recommended for Nov-Mar bookings.
Grill rental available at 75$/week, includes a full tank of propane & cleaning.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest must sign Rental Agreement. Security deposit of $300 is required and will be processed by Host on Guest's Credit Card 2 day(s) prior to arrival.
Copy of photo ID required. A $500 charge will be assessed for unauthorized pets. No parties/large events allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside of rental property or pool area and will lead to a $500 charge for cleaning/remediation.

Impeccably clean and comfortable home!

We absolutely loved our stay at Summer Breeze. Our 3 grandchildren loved the themed bedrooms and we appreciated all the space. Very well equipped kitchen to eat in if you'd like or many restaurants very close by. We went for a swim every morning in the clean pool and enjoyed the community lazy river and pool at the club house. Hope to be back!

Perfect Week @ Summer Breeze

We spent a week at Summer Breeze with our 4 adult children. It was a perfect space for the six of us. Lots of room and we had a bathroom for each couple which was a huge bonus. There was lots of room even if you had more people with you. The pool area was amazing. Overall a very peaceful neighbourhood and Frances’ home was immaculately kept. Highly recommend for a family vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was just like the pictures. It was beautiful and very clean. Francis was a great host!! She was very kind and friendly. She responded very quickly to any questions or concerns that we had. I would highly recommend this home.

Spacious and very accommodating

Our stay at the house was ideal for our vacation to Disney. Everything needed was offered at the house from cookware to towels and seemingly everything in between. The high quality of the amenities offered was very noticeable and appreciated, especially the bedding! Communication with the management of the house was top notch, allowing use to make the most of the time at the house. The bonus playroom in the garage and heated pool provided a high level of entertainment during the days where we did not travel to the Disney parks. We highly recommend staying at this home for a vacation to Florida.

Ideal Vacation Rental for Fun & Relaxation!

Frances was an outstanding host & her home was amazing! So glad we decided to stay off property for our Disney trip this time! Having this beautiful home & lovely pool to spend time at was such a nice break from the hustle & bustle of Disney! The home is nicely decorated with just the right amount of Disney decor! Lots of space & privacy for multiple families. The community was nice & the club house & amenities were soooo fun! We went to the clubhouse pool with the lazy river, free arcade & mini golf! We decided to heat the private pool at the house & it made it so enjoyable! We also loved the game room & found it to be the perfect addition to the amenities offered! Definitely a 5 star host & a 5 start property! We look forward to our next stay with Frances & Summer Breeze!

The place has everything we could ask for!

Frances’ place was everything we could ask for- spacious, clean, and well-stocked. The house had a lot to do with a nice game area, pool and TVs in every bedroom and living space. The development amenities were wonderful as well and we spent a couple days at the pool area where the kids enjoyed the lazy river, game room, pool and water slides. There is a bar/grill there for drinks and food. We also had some fun at the basketball court. Publix and Walmart are close by in case you need groceries or incidentals. Frances was super nice and responsive. 5 stars!

Amazing Experience

We stayed with 8 people for 12 days this past April, and it was a wonderful experience. The property was beautiful and exactly as described. The linens were clean and abundant and there were more than adequate starter kits everywhere for our toiletries and necessities. However, where this property really stood out was the incredible courteousness and responsiveness of the Host/Manager, Frances. We really tried not to bother her too much, but over 12 days inevitably things came up and she was attentive to our every need. We have stayed in other Short Term Rental properties in the Orlando area, and this, by far, has been the best experience yet. Thank you!

Amazing place for families!

I could not ask for a more dedicated, quick responsive and accommodating host in Frances. The house is spotlessly clean and quite spacious so definitely a great option for a large family!! The decor was beautiful, cozy and inviting. Thank you for a lovely stay and would definitely come back again!

Amazing stay!

Ok so this is your review: My family’s stay was amazing! The house was very clean and the pool sparkled!  The house had everything we needed to make for a comfortable and memorable stay.  My daughter loved the princess room, my son loved Darth Vader, and the house had 2 MASTER BEDROOMS!  Perfect for a multi-generational vacation!  The host had wonderful communication, and even surprised us with a bottle of wine when I told her we were celebrating a special occasion.  The amenities in the neighborhood were outstanding! My only complaint is I didn’t have enough time off from work to stay longer.  I will definitely be booking again!!
