The primary bedroom is appointed with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed and a twin-size bed. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

After fun-filled beach days, two outdoor showers at the complex are perfect for rinsing off when you return.

Assigned parking is available for one car in the parking lot. Additional street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

This rental is on the second floor. Elevators are available.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

LOCATION

This wonderfully located rental sits right near the shoreline for epic days of fun in the sun. It’s just 200’ from the edge of the complex to the beach access trail! Easily walk to popular shops and restaurants.

Nearby Northside Park presents a wonderful place to kayak and paddleboard. Other popular attractions include Fenwick Island State Park and Ocean City Beach.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
