Super close to the airport and enjoyable heated pool along with being close to several grocery stores and hiking locations. Had a wonderful time and great communication with owners!

The house is a nice house . Very spacious master room and bath as well as closet. Great backyard area however definitely lacks an outdoor shower or water hose . The house was not clean at all which i definitely told the host about. The towels did not seem to have been washed and folded since they were thrown in the closet . The house was hot and the temperature had to stay at 75 when it was 119 degrees daily in Arizona. The landscape seemed like it had not been done in weeks . Was very overgrown . The house has the potential to charge double what the fee was had it had been cleaner , cooler and not contain a dead scorpion under the sink in a plastic container!

The home is thoroughly and professionally cleaned before every guest arrives, and all towels and linens are washed and freshly prepared for each stay. We take great pride in keeping the home clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and would have been happy to address any concerns immediately had we been notified. Nice property

Convenient property close to airport and major highways. Comfortable home. Could use some TLC with paint, tile repairs and clear directions for TV use. On TV was not working in guest bedroom.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property! The pool was wonderful, the backyard putting was so fun, and the game room was a favorite each evening after we had wrapped up with all the other fun activities! The house provided a great launch pad for our daily hiking and we appreciated how cozy the kitchen and living area were. Laundry facilities were spectacular to allow us to pack lite and just wash things every few days! The house wasn't especially clean when we arrived, but pretty on par with most high turnover rental houses these days... We have gotten used to just doing some cleaning when we arrive and the same was true here. The neighborhood was nice to walk for a morning/ evening stretch, the proximity to pretty much anything you need was phenomenal. All communication with property management was excellent, quick, respectful and very accommodating!nOverall, highly recommend, would definitely book again.
Our kidsoved having pool tournaments each night!
Husband loves the putting green!
The backyard is an absolute oasis!!

The house perfect for our “girls” week with my daughter and two granddaughters! We loved the close proximity to stores and restaurants. We really loved having our own pool to use every day and the game room was amazing!! The rooms were very spacious! We will definitely be back next year!!

Wonderful location! Quiet, gated community. Easy communication with the host and everything was as described. Close to stores and restaurants, and easy access to highways. Amenities were great! Loved the pool table! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Phoenix area!
