This condo is located in an upscale, prestigious & peaceful community just outside downtown Sacramento, also known as North Natomas & minutes from Sacramento International Airport (SMF) & the I5 and 80 Freeway. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen & full size washer & dryer in the unit. Wifi / internet & Smart TV is included so you can stream your own apps. The living room comes with a pull out bed couch. Most of the items in this unit are new or nearly new. Comes with your own attached 1 car garage. If long term stay; utilities (gas, electric, water) included up to $200 per utility. Any overages will be billed to the guest based on actual utility invoices. By booking guests agree to these terms. Long term must also sign a rental lease. No matter how long staying must show ID with host.
