Belle maison dans un environnement calme en conformité avec l’annonce à l’exception de la piscine dont la température de l’eau n’était pas à la hauteur des attentes ( régularisée par-là suite en perdant une journée de confort). Pas de matelas sur les transats comme visibles sur les photos. On peut regretter l’absence d’accueil à l’arrivée et de ce fait un non état des lieux à l’arrivée et au départ, ce qui peut poser quelques problèmes…….Un petit plus avec un livret d’accueil et quelques jeux de société serait appréciable.

nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié la maison et son environnement calme. Concernant la piscine, elle était chauffée à 26° à votre arrivée. Nous avons accepté exceptionnellement de l'augmenter à 27 ° afin de répondre à vos attentes. Selon les conditions météorologiques, quelques heures sont toutefois nécessaires pour atteindre la température souhaitée. S'agissant de l'accueil, nous privilégions les arrivées autonomes, un mode d'accueil apprécié par de nombreux voyageurs pour la liberté et la flexibilité qu'il offre. Bien entendu, nous restons disponibles tout au long du séjour et intervenons rapidement lorsque cela est nécessaire.
