Our 2 new apartments are located at the foot of the Alpe di Siusi in a sunny and quiet location surrounded by greenery, 900m from the village center of Seis am Schlern. Our house is located in the immediate vicinity of the golf course and the Alpe di Siusi and is therefore an ideal starting point for your summer and winter vacation. The apartments are very large, bright and furnished with great attention to detail in a modern Alpine atmosphere. Each apartment has a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony or terrace with a garden. The apartments are suitable for 2 to 6 people. An underground car park also offers space for your vehicle.

Großartige Ferienwohnung und großartige Vermieterin

Wir waren für eine Woche in der Villa Lärche und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles vor Ort gewesen, was man für so eine Woche braucht. Frau Martina ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, sie war immer für uns erreichbar und hat daher den Urlaub vollends perfekt gemacht.

Tolle Wohnung mit perfekter Ausgangslage

Die Wohnung ist herrlich, schön hell und großzügig. Aus allen Fenstern hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Berge. Mit Kinderwagen läuft man in den Ort und zur Seiser Almbahn jeweils ca. 15 Minuten. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen auch mit kleinen Kindern. Die Gastgeberin ist hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation war immer unkompliziert. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Tolle helle Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten total entspannte Tage über Ostern in Martinas heller und super ausgestatteter Ferienwohnung. Der Check-IN und Check-Out verlief total unkompliziert, die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und man ist von viel Grün umgeben. Für uns mit zwei Kleinkindern (1 Und 3 Jahre) war der Garten ideal mit Schaukel und kleinen Gefährten wie Traktor, um die Zeit zu genießen. Martina hat für die Kinder sogar eine kleine Ostereiersuche im Garten veranstaltet, worüber sich die Kleinen total gefreut haben. Außerdem ist man schnell nach einem kleinen Spaziergang im Ort oder kann direkt für eine Wanderung loslaufen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhafter Urlaub in Seis am Schlern

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Urlaubswochen in einer ganz tollen Ferienwohnung. Qualitativ hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man ist schnell zu Fuß im Ort oder an der Bahn rauf zur Seiser Alm. Martina und Familie sind sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Moderne, geschmackvolle Ferienwohnung

Waren zu viert (2 Paare, 24-29 Jahre) drei Nächte zum wandern in Seis. Die Landschaft ist malerisch und ideal zum wandern (jeder Schwierigkeitsgrad). Die Konversation mit der Vermieterin war problemlos und freundlich über WhatsApp, die Anreise konnten wir flexibel gestalten. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig aber noch fussläufig vom Zentrum entfernt, Lift ist sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Sie ist modern, hochwertig und mit sehr vielen liebevollen Details ausgestattet. Sollten wir uns entschließen nochmal in diese Richtung zu fahren werden wir auf jeden Fall dort anfragen.

Stilvolles Apartment in fantastischer Lage

Ein wunderschönes Apartment mit Garten perfekt für die Familie. Der Ausblick auf den Schlern ist Atemberaubend! Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Apartment ist mit allem wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet und zudem wunderbar eingerichtet und top sauber! Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und gab uns super Tipps für kinderfreundliche Restaurants in der Nähe. Alles hervorragend :)

Tutto perfetto!!!

La casa è a dir poco spettacolare!pulita accogliente e con tutti i comfort! Unico neo se proprio vogliamo trovare qualcosa è che la casa non offre niente (tovaglioli, zucchero, caffè.... insomma dovrete fare una vera e proprio spesa per fare anche solo una colazione veloce)quindi se contate di arrivare più tardi delle 18 sappiate che i supermercati alle 18.30 chiudono. Ma nulla di cosi grave.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Ruhige Lage jedoch trotzdem Ortkern und Bergbahn zur Seiser Alm in der Nähe. Der Check in sowie der Check out war total unkompliziert und es gibt direkt am Haus Parkplätze. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und alles war sehr sauber. Auch die Vermierterin ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in Allem ein toller Aufenthalt. 🙂
