Cocoonr offers this charming, typically Parisian, unmodernised 120 m² flat for rent in Paris, which can accommodate up to 5 people.

Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 60 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and a shower room (with shower). Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!

- A 60 m² living room with TV, sofas, armchairs and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: with a single bed and en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 3: with a bunk bed (sleeps two); more suitable for children.

The flat is ideally located in Paris, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Take a boat trip on the Seine

Here's a polished review that keeps your genuine experience while making it read smoothly. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My family and I planned a three-week vacation throughout Europe, and this apartment was one of the highlights of our trip. Marie was an absolutely wonderful host. During our stay, Paris experienced an unexpected heatwave, and she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She immediately brought us a fan, and the very next day she went out again to find additional fans for our family. Her kindness, responsiveness, and genuine concern for our comfort meant so much to us. Communication was excellent from the moment we booked until the day we checked out. Marie was always quick to respond and made us feel welcome. The apartment itself was beautiful, spotless, spacious, and exactly as described. The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and close to restaurants, cafés, public transportation, and many of Paris's top attractions. It made exploring the city incredibly easy. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you, Marie, for your exceptional hospitality and for helping make our family's European vacation so memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Paris.
