This apartment is located on the ground floor of a private villa and has a separate entrance below the building.
On about 70m2 are two double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a complete bathroom, a bright open-plan living / dining room with American kitchen, and a utility room with washing machine and separate fridge / icebox.
From almost all rooms you have a fantastic panoramic view over the Bay of Roses.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, central heating, mosquito screens, washing machine, satellite TV, parking, barbecue and a newly built (2017) infinity pool with salt water.

Phantastische Aussicht und toller Pool

Toller Pool mit phantastischem Blick über die ganze Bucht. Der Empfang war sehr gut und freundlich. Bettwäsche und Handtücher von hoher Qualität. Die Kontaktaufnahme und Kommunikation bei Bedarf war problemlos.

Perfect vakantiehuisje

Was een erg fijn verblijf, netjes, schoon en een perfect uitzicht. Het zwembad was een genot om in te zijn. De ontvangst was erg goed en ook het linnengoed en handdoeken waren van kwaliteit. Contact indien noodzakelijk was makkelijk. Het is wel een huisje om er terug te komen.

Très belle vue sur la baie de Roses depuis la terrasse et la piscine. Quartier très calme. Petit bémol : forte odeur de fuel dans la maison
