Our house Emsperle can accommodate 6 people and has all the comforts you would expect at home. The house was built on its own plot of approx. 500 m². 2 car parking spaces also belong to the house, as does a spacious terrace.

In our holiday home you can live comfortably and comfortably. Explore the Emsland, East Frisia or our neighboring country from here. The Netherlands are only 10 minutes away and also offer a lot of destinations and sights.

Distribution: entrance area with wardrobe, additional guest toilet, comfort bathroom with large shower, living-dining area with kitchenette and access to the covered terrace, double bedroom with box spring double bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single box spring beds each, storage room for accessories, a large covered one Terrace and 2 parking spaces.

Description:
The house is at ground level without steps. The bathroom has towel and floor heating, toilet, vanity, washing machine and a large shower. There is another toilet with sink in the house. The living area is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa, large TV and an armchair. The house basically has everything you would expect in a holiday home! You shouldn't miss anything. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances, porcelain, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans and other accessories. The master bedroom has another television and reading lamps. The children's rooms also have reading lamps. The house offers sufficient sockets in all rooms for all of your electrical equipment. We offer free WiFi in the house.

Schöner Urlaub

Ich hatte mit meinen zwei Kindern (2 und 6 Jahre) einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die schaukel war von der küche aus zu sehen, ich konnte in ruhe Frühstück oder essen vorbereiten während meine kinder draußen gespielt haben. Mein Fahrrad und den Fahrradanhänger konnte ich im Wirtschaftsraum neben der Eingangstür verstauen. Dort waren auch noch Besen, Müllsäcke, Trockentücher etc. Zu finden. Mit dem Fahrrad waren es etwa 10 Minuten in den Nachbarort Niederlangen, dort gibt es einen Bäcker, inklusive kleinen Einkaufsmarkt. Bäcker Ansgar Uhlen. Dort haben wir an einer ganz kleinen Wursttheke sogar frische schinkenwurst bekommen. Wir haben dortballes bekommen was wir brauchten. Mit dem auto waren es 10 min. Zum Freizeitpark dankern, so wie zum Schwimmbad Topas und zum See schloss dankern ebenfalls. Mit dem Fahrrad etwa in 30 min. zu erreichen. Die stadt haren ist auch schnell mit dem auto zu erreichen. Mit dem Fahrrad gibt es noch einen schönen Weg nach Junkernbeel (Reiterhof) etwa 15 Minuten entfernt. Dort kann man am Wochenende creps essen und pommes und bekommt ganz viele pferde zu sehen!!! Ein paar Minuten weiter kommt man auch noch zum reitstall Rainers und noch etwas weiter zum Reitstall Rohe. Dort haben wir uns ponys für 10 € ausgeliehen und sind spazieren geritten. Der Ort selbst war sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir haben eine tolle zeit verbracht!

Tolles Ferienhaus mit Liebe zum Detail

Wir haben die Woche in dem sehr modern und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus genossen. Das Haus liegt in einem Ferienhausgebiet und ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Unsere Kinder haben Freude an den Spielgeräten gehabt und gerne die Pferde draußen gestreichelt. Bei Rückfragen haben die Vermieter schnell geantwortet und wir waren mit dem Service sehr zufrieden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das sehr schön und modern eingerichtete Ferienhaus mit ausreichend Platz vermittelt eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die schöne Umgebung. Der Kontakt zu den sehr freundlichen Vermietern war einfach und unkompliziert. Alles in Allem ein gelungener Urlaub mit der Familie. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen. Fam. Sehr schönes Haus. Sehr sauber. Gut ausgestattet, zusätzlich TV im Schlafzimmer . Der Kontakt war zwar nur per Email, jedoch sehr angenehm. Etwas abgelegen, aber wir wollten ja Ruhe genießen. Den Vermietern vielen Dank

Schöner Familienurlaub

Das Haus war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingrichtet. Außerdem war Schlossdankern , Haren (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) und die Niederlange schnell zu erreichen. Abends konnte man dann noch das schöne Wetter auf der überdachten Terrasse genießen.

Wir haben ein sehr sauberes und modernes Haus vorgefunden,was sehr modern eingerichtet ist. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden,was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Super netter Kontakt auch mit den Vermietern,während unseres Aufenthaltes,wenn man Fragen hatte, wurde trotz das die Vermieter selbst im Urlaub waren stets geantwortet. Wir alle haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die perfekte Reise!

Es war ein wunderschönes Wochenende in einem wunderschönen Haus! Total moderne Einrichtung und echt gute Lage. Abends konnten wir draußen sitzen und Musik hören und haben von der Vermieterin sogar Kuscheldecken und Kerzen bekommen. Tagsüber waren wir viel in dem Garten aber auch am sehr nahe gelegenen Dankernsee. Kurz gesagt, es war ein mega guter Trip mit Freunden(: Sehr zu empfehlen, wir wollen da ab sofort immer hin!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Lage des Ferienhauses würde ich als sehr ruhig bezeichnen. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden das Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen.

Perfekte Erholung für Ruhe suchende

Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte Kontaktlos. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn man das Haus betritt, fühlt man sich direkt wohl, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es ist auch ausreichend Geschirr (passend) vorhanden, um die Spülmaschine nutzen zu können. Beschreibung passt absolut. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und idealer Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren. Kurz um, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, gut erholt und bedauert, dass wir nach Hause mussten. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus war sehr gepflegt, alles war neuwertig. Im Haus war alles vorhanden was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Es gab sogar Netflix, meine Kids waren begeistert. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.
