2-Zi.Comfort apartment in the center of Ludwigsburg

Sunny, quiet, modern and high quality equipped 2-room.-Apartment (52 sqm, new building) with a large balcony in the heart of Ludwigsburg.

Ideal for business stays and vacations alike. Good starting point for exploring the city of Ludwigsburg and the surrounding area.

5 minutes walk to the market square, all shops, restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity.
10 minutes on foot to the train station and the ZOB as well as to the baroque Residenzschloss with blooming baroque.
Excellent S-Bahn connection to Stuttgart, travel time: 16 minutes to Stuttgart main station.

The apartment is located in the courtyard of two newly built apartment buildings.

Equipment: underfloor heating, electric shutters, LED cable TV, box-spring double bed, sofa bed in the living room, modern open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave with integrated oven, coffee machine, Nespresso machine (capsules available from us), kettle, toaster, washing machine with integrated tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

WiFi free of charge.

Bathroom with floor-level shower and glass partition, towel dryer, hair dryer.

Hand and shower towels as well as bed linen are available and included in the rental price.

A cellar room is available to guests for stowing suitcases and storing drinks, etc.

For stays of less than one week there is a final cleaning fee of € 45.-.
When occupying 3 people, an additional € 20 per night will be charged.
Underground parking is subject to availability for a fee of € 5.- / to be rented per day.
There is a parking garage directly behind the house.

Amazing apartment in a fantastic location

This apartment is a must when visiting Ludwigsburg. It was spotlessly clean and spacious. It was very modern and lovingly furnished with comfortable and practical furniture. The kitchen was well equipped for self catering and it had a washer/ dryer available in the unit. A nice little balcony was available to use as well. The bedroom had ample hanging and storage and a super comfortable bed for a great nights sleep. Quality limen and towels were appreciated. The bathroom was large and airy. Parking as available for a small fee, with lift access to the third floor. Heaps of restaurants and shopping centre within a 3 minute walk. The neighbourhood was safe and secure and a pleasure to be in. Our hosts were very communicative and responsive, we would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

Wir hatten 5 tolle Tage in Ludwigsburg. Was vor allem daran lag, das wir eine wunderschöne Wohnung hatten, in der es uns an nichts fehlte. Die Lage war optimal und man konnte alles zu Fuß und mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen.

Toll ausgestattete FeWo in bester Lage

Diese Ferienwohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert, bestens ausgestattet in zentrumsnaher Lage von Ludwigsburg! Die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, dazu sehr komfortabel ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine etc. Auch ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz zum sehr fairen Kurs ist optional möglich (unbedingt empfehlenswert, da innerstädtisch kostenfreies parken quasi unmöglich ist)! Wir haben uns gerade mit Kleinkind sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese FeWo uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Die Vermieter sind auch sehr nett und sowohl Kommunikation als auch CheckIn usw waren sehr angenehm und klappten reibungslos. Volle 5 Sterne und Daumen hoch 👍

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, alles top sauber. Wir hatten alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Lage zur Innenstadt ist super, gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ludwigsburg hat eine wunderschöne Altstadt und einen tollen Weihnachtsmarkt! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wunderbarer Kurzurlaub

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Bilder in FeWo-direkt geben die Wohnung exakt wieder. Alles war super sauber. Es gibt sogar ausführliche Bedienungsanleitungen für Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine mit Trockner. Der Tiefgaragenplatz für 5,00 EUR pro Tag war genial. Die Lage ist perfekt - ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Zentrum und zu einem Einkaufscenter mit Bäckereien und Rewe-Markt. Der Empfang und das Einchecken verlief reibungslos und überaus freundlich. Wir können die Wohnung ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, hat ein großzügiges mordernes Bad,ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnesszimmer. Sie liegt in der Nähe zur Innenstadt, die man zur Fuß erreichen kann. Alles hat gut funktioniert und der Urlaub war sehr schön. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Zusatzkosten für den Stellplatz nicht aus der Anzeige hervorgingen.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Die Wohnung ist komfortabel und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden, inklusive einer Mappe mit ausführlichen und hilfreichen Informationen. Vom Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage kommt man bequem (ohne Treppenstufen) mit dem Gepäck in die Wohnung. Es war alles tadellos sauber und die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend.
