Great visit, 2 years in a row!

We enjoyed our stay so much last year, we decided to come back for a second. The distance from the beach, layout of the place, and easy to work with management made it another great stay.

I want to thank John , for our stay made things go smoothly it’s my family’s 2nd time staying in his rental very good spot to stay in I’d highly recommend they responded on timely matter also allowed us to do early check in much appreciated especially coming from Idaho definitely looking forward to coming back to visit!!!

Nice Quick Trip

Hi - The unit was clean. There were extra towels, which is nice if you have long hair and need a separate towel. The location fit our needs. We walked to restaurants and a small store (Wisconsin’s ?) that has a good mix of food/household items. The train didn’t bother us at all. We (not me lol) left an item in the room after check out and John was very responsive. Would stay again :)

Family Visit

I rented this property for a long weekend trip to visit family stationed at Camp Pendleton. This property was the perfect location and size. The unit was very clean, directions and check-in process were very easy. It was a block off of the beach for nice morning walks. There were several coffee shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Highly recommend and perfect rental for future visits to Oceanside.

Great location, friendly and helpful host!

It took our family of 5 (with three young children) about 15-20 minutes to walk to the main beach by the pier (far better than having to figure out parking and driving on roads that are full of pedestrians!). The host was super easy to work with and the place was comfortable. The pullout couch was comfortable for my 3 yo. (I don't think it would be too comfy for an adult). Highly recommend!

Wonderful place for an Oceanside visit

We rented this lovely condo for our daughter and her family. The five members really appreciated the cleanliness and amenities it offered. It was only a five minute walk to our condo, so family spent the majority of time in ours, but it was so nice having them close by.They appreciated the laundry there too. The one improvement I would suggest would be to replace the fold out couch. It was not comfortable for my adult grandson. The other two beds were apparently wonderfully comfortable. Thank you for hosting us.

Wrong door code given to us. Maud went above and beyond to help us get in. She needs a raise! Couch pull out bed no instructions. Husband pinched and cut his finger trying to set up. It bled and bled. Used liquid skin to get it to stop. Management didn’t seem to care much about his finger. No refund for only sleeping 4 instead of 6. Don’t use day bed. Only sleeps 4. Do not count couch pull out as 2 more beds. Very nice laundry and sand toys to use. Would have been great if my husband hadn’t messed with bed. As it was he was not able to go to the beach and get wet.

Cute cozy unit, not ‘fully equipped’, right next to the train

The unit was cute and comfortable. Check in was lacking. There was no welcome package to let us know where things were, the laundry code etc. No bedding for the pull out bed (we rented as 5 ppl so obviously would be using the pull out). When we messaged the property manager about it, they said there was for sure bedding. There was not. They argued with me then finally offered to drop a blanket off to my child who had gone to bed with towels as blankets. The blanket was delivered late in the evening after the kids were asleep. The next day they texted me that again, there was for sure bedding. Again, there was not. They had the cleaners deliver bedding the next day. The pull out bed was off it’s rails and would not stay connected so when asked about this, I was asked to send pictures, which I did, and then nothing. No one ever came to fix it so our kids slept on a broken pullout for 5 nights. We also found there was not enough utensils for a unit that sleeps six. There were no prep knives and three steak knives. When asked about a knife block I was told it would be in some random drawer. Again, it was not. Overall the unit was comfortable and functional but the property manager was less than professional. I was unimpressed with them arguing with me about something I turned the house upside down looking for and didn’t find. I believe it should also be disclosed that the unit is right next to a train that runs what felt like every 15 mins from early am until late evening. The noise was an annoyance when trying to get to sleep so everyone used white noise. The unit itself would get an ok rating but the management of the property left a lot to be desired.

Cute little bungalow close to it all

It was very clean and cute with comfortable beds and has designated parking which is always a huge plus in these small beach communities where parking is often hard to come by. It is a short bike ride or drive to the strand where the best beaches/ restaurants are. I will note that it is right by the train tracks and the trains run all night. We travel often and always bring ear plugs but if you are a light sleeper you will definitely want to add them to your packing checklist. Overall, great place and we would stay again.

It was a easy process checking in . The location was great.. I just wished there were beach chairs and beach umbrella to use and also a outside grill for cooking
