Kitzbuhel apartment rental - Peace, sun and serenity in the village

Our 84 square meter, bright oasis of well-being lies on a sunny slope in the middle of green Allgäu meadows on the outskirts of Altusried-Kimratshofen. From the apartment you can see panoramic windows in the gable-open upper floor over the beautiful village of Kimratshofen, the church of the village and the surrounding forests. From the bed you can enjoy a wonderful view into the green. Our idyll offers you a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a light-flooded bathroom with a walk-in rainforest shower and bathtub, as well as an open living area consisting of a modern kitchen with a generous dining area, a reading corner with a stressless chair and a cozy sofa corner.

In the entire apartment, high-quality country houses, root acorn parquet and terracotta tiles were installed. The rooms are heated by environmentally friendly geothermal heat (underfloor heating).

The modern, fully equipped Nolte kitchen has a fridge with freezer, oven at eye level, dishwasher, ceramic hob with extractor fan, toaster, water cooker, coffee machine, Nespresso machine and much more.

Free Wi-Fi is available. The large flat screen TV with sound system invites you to cozy evenings for two.

On the large roof terrace you can enjoy your breakfast in the sun and on comfortable sun loungers spend the summer in the cool shade. In the garden you have a barbecue.

A parking space for your car is available in front of the house. Bicycles can be parked in the garage. A washing machine and a dryer are available if required.

Die Wohnung ist überdurchschnittlich, sowohl in der Großzügigkeit der Räume als auch der Ausstattung. Sie ist gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet mit Leseecke, großem Esstisch und einer modernen Küche, in der einfach nichts fehlt. Auf dem Sofa kann man ausgezeichnet relaxen und den Weitblick genießen. Nicht zuletzt die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Eigentümer macht das Ganze zu einem unbedingt zu empfehlenden Ferienort.

Bin schon das zweite Mal in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung, denn hier stimmt einfach alles. Tolle Ausstattung, ob Küche oder Bad, an alles haben Simone und Klaus als Gastgeber gedacht. Super gute Kommunikation und Fragen werden schnell beantwortet. Herrliche Ruhe. Kempten in 15 min erreichbar. Es macht einfach Spaß hier Urlaub zu machen. Traumwohnung in ruhiger Aussichtslage

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Simone und Klaus boten uns einen herzlichen Empfang, die geschmackvoll und praktisch ausgestattete Wohnung war ein schönes Zuhause für unsere fünf Tage. Hell, großzügig, ruhig - was will man mehr. Für uns Radler war ein Radschuppen mit Stromanschluss vorhanden. Simone und Klaus waren da, wenn man sie brauchte, ansonsten waren wir autark. Das schöne Allgäu zeigte sich bei Traum-Frühlingswetter von seiner besten Seite, auch wenn es teilweise noch ziemlich frisch war.

Allgäu von der schönsten Seite

Wer das Allgäu besuchen will ist hier genau richtig. Von sanften Hügeln bis zu den Felsen der Alpen, von Kultur bis Wandern ist alles dabei. Und die Gastgeber sind sowas von entspannt.

Eine sehr sehr schöne, ruhig gelegene und hervorragend ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in der es wirklich an nichts fehlt - große Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne, Essgruppe und Liegestühlen. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Eine Ferienwohnung, die bis ins Detail liebevoll, mit allem Ausgestattet ist, was man sich für einen entspannten Urlaub nur wünschen kann. Alle Räume sind hochwertig mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Wir haben 10 Tage in der wundervollen Ferienwohnung verbracht und sind immer noch begeistert. Es hat einfach alles gestimmt: super freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber:innen, toll eingerichtete große Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen, schöne Lage (nicht weit von den Alpen entfernt, wo man toll wandern kann), mega Ausstattung der Wohnung (es war wirklich alles da), tolle Lage (wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen)! Top Unterkunft

Wir haben 9 Tage in dieser tollen Unterkunft verbracht und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern. Es war so sauber, dass man das Gefühl hatte, alles wäre nagelneu. Man fühlt sich als Gast sehr willkommen. Die Vermieter sind total sympathisch. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und es gibt tolle Ausflugsziele. Wir müssen auf jeden Fall nochmal hin, es gibt noch viel mehr im Allgäu zu erkunden, als wir geschafft haben. Und dann ganz sicher wieder in dieser Ferienwohnung. Ich muss immer wieder an diesen wunderbaren Ausblick auf das Dorf und die Kirche denken und die Sonnenuntergänge :-)
