You will find a well-appointed bathroom, separate WC, and a functional kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, kettle and toaster – the essentials for enjoying simple moments. Outside, a private garden awaits: a rare and secluded haven, with a relaxation area for reading or daydreaming, and a dining area for lingering evenings under the open sky. Air-conditioned and bathed in light, L’Atelier de Georges is a discreet retreat, a place designed for those who love to travel differently – a place of aesthetics, tranquility, and inspiration. You can park on the street (paid parking) in front of the residence or nearby. Access to the apartment will be independent, using a digital keypad and a smart lock.
