Located 600m from the beach and 400m from the nearest shops, the Les Hauts d'Azur development is situated in the quiet La Vigie neighborhood. It's a residential complex with a swimming pool, comprised of terraced houses and apartments.

This family holiday rental includes a living room with a sofa bed and television (subject to good reception), a fully equipped kitchen area, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), and a bathroom with toilet and washing machine. On the mezzanine, you'll find a sleeping area with two single beds (90cm) and shelves for storage.

A small garden with a terrace and garden furniture allows you to dine al fresco overlooking the pine forest. There are no overlooking properties. Pets are welcome (fee payable on site).
