By taking a small staircase on the right, you access the warm and bright living area. It consists of a sofa, an armchair, a television and a charming decorative stove that gives a cosy atmosphere to the whole. A round table that can accommodate 4 people allows you to share your meals in a friendly way. The open-plan kitchen, overlooking the living room, is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle.



From the living room you can access a small terrace of 8 m², perfect for enjoying a coffee in the open air or sharing a meal in complete conviviality.



At night, you will have 2 bedrooms on the ground floor:

- Bedroom 1: a Queen Size bed (160x190), wardrobe

- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190), wardrobe



A bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer completes the accommodation.



The accommodation does not have a private parking space, however a paid car park is available approximately 800 metres away.



For your comfort, the apartment also has an iron and an ironing board.
