ABYS - CLOS VAUBAN

Located in the residence Le Clos Vauban, a stone’s throw from the port of Saint-Martin-de-Ré, this apartment is ideal to fully enjoy the charm of the Île de Ré.

You will appreciate its pretty private courtyard, perfect for lunch outside or simply relax comfortably installed in the deckchairs.

The apartment has a pleasant living room including a lounge area, a dining area and a fitted kitchen, offering a friendly setting for your stays with family or friends.

The sleeping area consists of a bathroom, toilet, and two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes: one bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and a room with two single beds (80x200cm) that can be joined to form a double bed.

The residence offers a bicycle shed, convenient for exploring the many bike paths of the island.

Parking is not included. You can park your vehicle in the parking lot opposite the residence or in the adjacent streets (paid parking depending on the period).

An ideal base for a relaxing holiday close to the port, the beach of La Cible (750 meters), shops (covered market 450 meters) and the typical atmosphere of Saint-Martin-de-Ré.
