Rated 4-star furnished tourist accommodation, this 125 m² air-conditioned stone house, fully renovated, is ideal for holidays with family, friends, or as a couple. Upon arrival, you are welcomed into an intimate courtyard, bordered by stone walls, where a 9 m² plunge pool, secured by a submerged alarm (unheated), takes pride of place. An external staircase leads to a spacious furnished terrace with a dining area and sun loungers, perfect for summer meals or relaxing in complete tranquility. You have direct access to a bright living area, comprising a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a comfortable, air-conditioned lounge with TV and Wi-Fi.
