Great place to stay, lovely house, garden annd pool were perfect, swinging in the hammock in the shade of the trees is a lasting memory. T he village has enough local amenities, bar, restaurants and very sweet local shop.

Lovely Property in a Lovely Location

We had a full house of adults and children, yet the property is big enough to not feel crowded. The house faces south and the pool and garden, which are not overlooked, are in sunshine all of the day. The covered area at the end of the pool allows you to sit/eat in the shade. There’s plenty of parking. Ideally situated 5 minute’s walk from bakers, restaurants and food shops. Yet very peaceful. Lots to see and do in the area.

A gorgeous old house with en suite rooms for most people, a fantastic kitchen and wonderful living area outside with the pool and the Poolhouse. We were welcomed by the manager who gave us a tour of the house which is spacious and light. All rooms are beautifully furnished and the beds are great. The downstairs master bedroom has a modern, spacious shower and access to outside. The pool is big enough and the poolarea is well taken care of. The centre of town is at a walking distance from the house. We had a great time at this home in the lovely town of Suze-la-rousse.

Très grande maison, vraiment très propre et bien équipée. Parfaite pour un séjour de 2 familles. Quelques soucis avec un toilette et le grill/la plancha, mais cela été signalé et devrait être réglé. Propriétaires et personnes qui gèrent les arrivées et départs très sympathiques.

Déception

A notre arrivée nous avons été bien accueilli et la façade de la maison correspondait aux photos. Après avoir fait le tour du jardin et pris possession des lieux ce fut une grosse déception. Cuisine: vaisselle pas nette, robinet mal fixé Chambres du rez de chaussée : literie des petits lits très inconfortable, dans la suite parentale 2 parpaings pour soutenir le sommier, couette tachée, dans les wc papier toilette avec taches plus que douteuses. Chambres à l’étage: Chambre avec grand lit qui donne sur la terrasse, pas de penderie pour les vêtements, pas de couette. Chambre double qui donne sur la terrasse, couette (ou édredon) avec odeur. Chambre double sans terrasse, pas de capuchon de bonde de fond dans le lavabo, flexible de la baignoire trop court, obligation d’ouvrir le robinet du lavabo en grand sinon l’eau coule sur le meuble. Toilettes communes au rez de chaussée avec évacuation défectueuse au quatrième jour de notre séjour, intervention du plombier 2 jours après. Extérieur: Pool housse sale avec impossibilité d’utiliser les placards (toiles d’araignées, poussière et objets hétéroclites) la table a été nettoyée à notre arrivée. Pas d’éclairage piscine ni d’éclairage extérieur (commande défectueuse) Dépôt de chaises cassées dans le jardin. C’est la troisième location que nous faisons avec Abritel et cette fois nous sommes vraiment déçus.

Une semaine entre amis dans cette belle propriété. La piscine et le jardin sont des lieux très agréables. Quelques ustensiles de cuisine manquant, mais globalement nous sommes satistaits de notre séjour.

Wir haben uns in diesem großzügigen und perfekt ausgestatteten Anwesen sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gab ausreichend Platz für unsere große Familie und auf dem Grundstück mehrere lauschigen Ecken, wohin man sich auch mal zurückziehen konnte. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viel zu sehen auch wenn man, so wie wir mit kleinen Kindern unterwegs ist. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Location.

Nous étions un groupe d'amis et avons apprécié cette jolie maison dans un village sympa, pain frais tous les matins et du bon ! Chaque couple avait sa salle de bain et ses toilettes dans sa chambre , ce qui est confortable . Petit bémol sur la propreté de la vaisselle et de certains endroits de la maison . Bien vérifier après le passage des vacanciers précédents surtout en cette période de Covid . Mais nous avons été ravis de notre séjour , merci

Proche de toutes les commodités (petits commerces) et de nombreux sites touristiques, le séjour a été très agréable. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour : maison propre, bien aménagée, spacieuse . Très bonne literie. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison! Belle propriété mais déception par rapport à la literie

Maison de caractère avec de grands espaces à vivre. Cependant, nous avons noté que la literie laissait à désirer (sommier grinçant instable sur des cales en bois, et deux sommiers en panneau d'isorel). Par ailleurs l'espace extérieur présente des dangers pour les jeunes enfants (abords de piscine non terminés et matériel entreposé dans le jardin).

Fabulous house in beautiful area

A lovely house, well equipped for a group or family. Lots of room, separate bathrooms and a fabulous pool and pool house. The house was clean, the owner easy to contact and quick to answer queries. Near to village with general store, restaurant, high quality butchers and bakers, pizza take away all within walking distance, A visit to the chateaux is a must, very interesting information on the wine production and also the village hosts an excellent wine cave, with lovely local wines. Near to Bollene exit on autoroute. Good for flights to Marseille or Montpelier. Highly recommended.

Exczllent séjour !

Maison très agréable à vivre, avec un bel espace de vie et des chambres parfaitement équipées. Le jardin est idéal, et nous avons bien profité de la piscine. Les petits détails ont été réglés sans délai et la maison est bien entretenue. De belles balades et visites à proximité. Nous recommandons cette location !

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle maison fonctionnelle et spacieuse.Les espaces communs sont agréables et aérés tout comme les chambres avec leurs salles de bain privatives. Nous relevons au passage la propreté du logement. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine , son eau limpide et sa bonne taille. L'endroit est très calme sans être isolé; Il y a de belles balades à proximité et les commerces sont tout proches et aisément accessibles à pieds. Nous profitons de remercier chaleureusement les propriétaires d'avoir accepté nos chiens . Nous recommandons vivement cet havre de paix et espérons y revenir l'année prochaine.

Magnifique maison de vacances !

Très grande et magnifique maison pour les vacances, avec une chouette déco. Propreté parfaite. Cuisine super équipée et tout est dispo : ustensiles, casseroles, ... Belles et grandes chambres confort, avec salles de bain privatives ! chouette jardin et la piscine est top: avoir le pool house a côté permet de surveiller les enfants, lire ou se détendre entre 2 baignades! La maison est entièrement clôturée (très bien pour les enfants) et à l'abri des regards, sans vis à vis. et il y a une très bonne boulangerie a quelques minutes à pieds ;). On y retournera volontiers. A recommander.
