VILLA-VISTA-MAR - on the Monte León - stunning ocean views!

Our villa with its classic Spanish architecture is situated in one of the most elegant residential areas on Gran Canaria. On the Monte León you will only find luxurious villas set on huge estates. There are panoramic views on all sides, but you’re also never far from the sea. The southern coast of Gran Canaria is the sunniest part of the island, and also features the most beautiful beaches. Monte León is situated roughly 500 metres above sea level and around 9 kilometres from Maspalomas.

The VILLA-VISTA-MAR can house up to 10 people, with over 450m2 of living space in the main house and 60m2 in the guest house. A 10m x 5m pool and various terraces invite you to stay awhile, whilst a sauna equipped with a steam bath encourages you to relax during the winter months.

If you want to enjoy a luxury getaway, or book a fantastic base camp for your cycling group, the VILLA-VISTA-MAR embodies the ideal holiday experience in the Canary Islands.

Bookings are made on a weekly basis.

The photos do not do this propery justice! It is so beautiful, peaceful, and serene to visit and get away. We enjoyed seeing the cyclists go past on the road every day and did several visits from the villa to other places on the island. Cynthia is wonderful at communication and helping out with recommendations and island knowledge! We would all highly recommend this lovely villa!

Best rental ever

This place is phenomenal. The accompanying YouTube video makes it look like a private resort, which is an accurate description. The property manager, Cynthia, is on-call 24x7 for any issues that arise. We were traveling with an infant who became ill, and Cynthia even helped us find a good place to take him to be checked. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. It sets the standard by which all our future VRBO rentals will be measured.

Diese Villa ein Traum. Voll Klimatisiert, alles sehr sauber, funktionell. Einen Kaffeevollautomaten erlebt man auch nicht sehr oft, hier schon. Die Zimmer schön und groß. Die Betten Boxspringbetten! Eine Ruhe dort oben, fantastisch. Würden wir wieder hierher kommen, auch jeden Fall.
