The property was clean and well maintained. Access to the beach was very easy. The host was responsive and easy to work with. The first floor entrance was very easy for my parents who needed easier access to everything. The location is great. Parking was very easy.

This is our 3rd trip to the Sandestin Resort. We have loved every visit. This is our favorite place we have stayed and we will definitely stay here again!The condo was perfect. It has everything you could possibly need. Very clean. Great location and access to the beach. Loved the private beach. Loved it did not feel overcrowded. This is a beautiful beachfront condo! We will definitely stay at this condo again!

This condo is very spacious due to its design and is bigger than the condos you normally get in the area. The kitchen is well equipped with everthing you need. Beachside one also has gas grills at the pool that you can actually use, unlike most other places we have stayed where the grills are either broken or so dirty that you are scared to grill anything on it . Loved the fact that the condo is on the ground floor and very easy to get to the beach. You cannot really see the sea because of the sand dunes but the gardens are very beautiful. The king size bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay here if we are in the area again and can recommend it to others.

Good location but overall our stay was just ok. We were disappointed by the lack of toiletries and other basic supplies such as toilet paper, which most vacation rental properties provide. Owners had extensive strict cleaning requirements before leaving including washing beach towels and floors even with a cleaning fee charge, while not providing enough cleaning supplies.Also lots of noise throughout the stay due to ongoing construction and gardening noise.Mediocre condo compare to other condos that we have stayed at.

My husband, our 13 year old, and I loved our stay. It was conveniently located to the pool and beach. I loved that we didnt have to bring our own beach towels and chairs. The owners provided detail check-in and check-out instructions. It was a lovely place to stay. Wonderful amenities in the condo and the whole property. Highly recommend a stay here.

Great location and space!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo on the beach in Sandestin. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved being so close to the beach and enjoyed the beach chairs they provided. Our kids loved the condo’s pool and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable, and the towels were plush and very new. We’d definitely stay again!
