Winding paths between fields, wide olive groves, wild rosemary, broom and narrow access roads take you to the district of Gargarou above the beautiful coastline. The detached houses SEASIDE are situated on a flat nature property high above the sea, in the quiet district near Koroni. Two of the terraced houses are let to guests and the third, smaller house is used as a reception. The quiet and rural area with a wonderful view of the sea up to the opposite coast of Mani and the Taygetos mountains characterises the setting of these holiday houses. A path leads across the large nature property and via stairs to a bathing spot below the holiday houses SEASIDE.
This is a simply furnished corner terraced house in a quiet and rural area. From the kitchen you get to the 2 bedrooms (behind each other, with a connecting door) and the shared bath. There is direct access from the kitchen to a roofed terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful sea view. The bedroom facing the sea can be accessed through the first bedroom and also from a separate outside entry via the entrance terrace of the house. The bedroom has a second exit to the second, roofed terrace with a fantastic sea view. The terrace is shared with the neighbouring terraced house SEASIDE 2. Both bedrooms are one step above the kitchen.
Behind the terraced house is a foot path that leads you 400m down the hill to the narrow, almost private beach of Gargarou.
The beautiful fine sandy beach of Peroulia is in walking distance (approx. 300m) and can be accessed directly from the property via some steps in northern direction. This beach is ideal for bathing and relaxing. 500m further down the beach there is a beach bar with sunbeds and parasols and also a tavern.
The close-by picturesque village Koroni with its port scenery, taverns and cafés make a nice change from the quiet location of Gargarou. Especially charming are also the towns of Pylos and Methoni on the western side of Messenia.
On the coastline between Koroni and Pylos you will find many further pristine sandy beaches.
