The apartment is located in a new, well-kept complex with several colorful apartment apartments ...
It is located on the first floor and has two bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub (and shower glass) as well as toilet, bidet and vanity. The open, newly furnished living area invites you to eat together, enjoy a cozy TV or cook in the red new kitchen that follows. There is a large refrigerator, ceramic hob plates and a washing machine as well as various household appliances (toaster, coffee machine etc.).
From the living and dining room you get to the large terrace with a view of the beautiful indoor pool area with lots of greenery and a total of 4 large pool areas (also children's pool). Take your loungers or simply the bath towels with you and relax at the pool area or on your terrace, some with mountain views. On the side of the entrance area there is also a terrace with the possibility to eat, sit or grill.
The apartment is very well maintained and is close to the beach (only 800 m), restaurants (100 m) and shops!

Top Wohnung
Wir waren hier zu dritt. Wohnung war sehr sauber und gross genug für 3 Personen. Die zwei Terrassen sind sehr groß und wir haben sie oft genutzt. Der Pool ist sehr sauber wie die ganze Anlage. Restaurant rundherum waren ok. Wir waren am Strand von Oliva. Den können wir sehr empfehlen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden von den Vermieter sehr nett empfangen. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Danke Familie kötz.

très bel appartement
un accueil sympa et très détaillé. L'appartement correspond exactement aux photos et aux détails sur le site, il est très propre, très bien doté et très lumineux. Proche de la piscine avec une vue plongeante sur le grand bassin, l'eau est très chaude. La résidence est très bien entretenue et les accès sont simples et facile, un portail automatisé (attention pas de places à l'ombre pour les voitures), il faut prévoir le cache pare brise. La plage est à environ 800 mètres (plage de sable). Appartement recommandé pour la farniente et le plaisir de ne rien faire.
