Our lovely 1 bd/1ba resort condo (ground level, corner unit) is located in a safe & quiet area of St George. Perfect place for long-term renters- couple, small family, or solo traveler. Condo has brand new shower, new queen sofa sleeper & sofa chair, fully stocked kitchen, 2 TVs, wifi & more! Resort amenities incl: indoor & outdoor pool, jacuzzi, tennis & basketball court, playground, and clubhouse with pool table. Close to State/National Parks, dining, shopping, and many outdoor activities.

About this Condo:
This corner unit condo is located on the ground level, so no hassle with stairs. The bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed, dresser, closet and brand new Smart TV. The living room has a new queen sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress and another TV. Wifi throughout and streaming capabilities (Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc). Fully stocked kitchen with brand new kitchenware, including a Keurig coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, electric kettle, and crockpot.

Compact washer and dryer inside condo and laundry detergent available for your convenience.

Condo is cleaned by a professional cleaning company.

Self-entry with guest code. For guest safety, we have a ring doorbell with camera/audio located by outside front door.

One assigned parking space in carport and additional guest parking spaces available near condo.

Great stay in St. George!

I had a great 30 day stay and would definitely stay again! The condo was super cute, extremely clean and VERY well stocked. It was also very quiet, I never even saw any neighbors. I enjoyed the short drive to numerous restaurants downtown, and also plentiful hiking. It was the perfect central location. Thanks Sonja!

Ideal St. George Getaway - Clean & Central

This condo exceeded expectations! The unit was spotlessly clean and well-maintained throughout. The location is perfect - I loved being able to walk to local restaurants, and it's conveniently located just a short drive from major attractions. The amenities were excellent, including the beautiful pool and outdoor space. Having no stairs to deal with was a big plus. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer on-site was very convenient. The air conditioning kept me comfortable, and parking was never an issue. If you're looking for a clean, convenient home base in St. George with great amenities and fabulous hosts, I highly recommend this property!
