The accommodation

The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests . Quiet and spacious, it is located on the 4th floor with elevator in a modern building and includes a secure underground parking space .

The room is equipped with quality bedding with a King Size bed (180 × 200) and has direct access to the terrace.

The open kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook like at home.

The living room includes a double sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) , a dining area, and a smart TV with high-speed Wi-Fi . It opens directly onto the terrace, ideal for enjoying sunny days and the unobstructed view of the Zénith concert hall and the Toulouse vegetable gardens.

You also have a modern bathroom with shower and toilet.
