This delightful historic home is situated directly across the street from the Paca House, and only three blocks from the Naval Academy, City dock, St. John’s College and the State Capital. If you are attending an event at the Paca house, there is not a better location than this.
This 1240 square-foot home includes two bedrooms, and two full baths. The master bathroom, located on the second floor, includes a soaking tub. If needed, there is a washer and dryer located in the master bathroom.
One of my favorite spots in this house is the newly renovated back patio. The back patio is a great place to spend time when the weather is nice. The patio seats five people comfortably, includes a fire pit, a gas grill, and roman shades for privacy.
Both bedrooms include a queen size bed. The master bedroom is located on the second floor and the second bedroom is located on the third floor. Both bedrooms are located in the front of the house and have spectacular views of the Paca house. One thing to note, the second bedroom does NOT have a door. The second bedroom is the only bedroom on the third floor; it is quiet and private.
There are two fireplaces in the home, one double sided fireplace on the first floor, and one in the master bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven, refrigerator, and a dishwasher. There will be plates, bowls, glasses, utensils, pots and pans to use. Most importantly, there is a coffee machine.
This is my first time renting my home. I am very excited to share this home with you, as I think it is wonderful! My home is best for small family events. This house has been fully renovated and includes everything you need to enjoy a week in Annapolis. This is a historic home, so please be aware, the floors can be uneven in places and the steps can be steep.
