Two-bedroom apartment for 4 people, 45m², on the 2nd floor with elevator in a secure building.
It comprises a comfortable living area with a sofa, a lovely open-plan kitchen fully equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher.
Two good-sized bedrooms with wardrobes and double beds (140cm).
A bathroom with toilet, shower, vanity unit, and washing machine.
The living room opens directly onto a balcony with a sea view.
A secure parking space is included.
Keys can be collected from the Guy Hoquet agency in Saint Pierre la Mer, and a map to the apartment will be provided.
~Surroundings~ In Narbonne Plage, a wide, fine sandy beach and a marina await you.
The resort has been awarded the "France Station Nautique" label for the quality and number of water sports activities offered and the European Blue Flag since 1988 for the quality of its waters. The resort is located in the heart of the Narbonnaise en Méditerranée Regional Natural Park (classified or protected natural sites and areas, preserved plant and animal species, etc.). There is a market three times a week in the town center.
